Was at Children's Hospital with my daughter and two sick grandkids, nothing was near and except Chick Fil A on Briargate. Ordered online for curbside pickup and not being familiar with the area since we came in from Pueblo I used google maps. Totally confusing especially with the construction I ended up at the Chick Fil A on Academy. I sat there for twenty minutes before I called to find out I was at the wrong one. Finally found it!! First:there was no parking for curbside pick-up because some cars were empty. Second: my food was cold ( Hello!! you don't have a heating lamp to keep warm!!)!! Third: I asked for mayo, ketchup and polynesian sauce didn't get any and no straw for my drink. Fourth: courtesy call to make sure I'm at the right Chick Fil A would of been nice, especially after the person I talked to knew I was at the wrong one. Also, should not have a curbside for one that is in the mall!!

The reason I gave it only a two star review is because, we went there today, shopping at chapel hills mall, went and had lunch, I came home, saw on receipt that if you take their survey in two days, you'll get a free chicken sandwich, so I went on the site, I tried entering the serial number 5 times? Every time, it said couldn't continue because number wasn't correct? I checked it over 10 times and re entered the number over and over again, to no avail?? This is a scam by chick -fil-A you can't get a free sandwich because this does not work, I should give them minus stars, bye bye, I won't eat at your place ever again, I don't like companies that pull this crap on customers why put this on your receipt? If it won't work?? Your pathetic chick-fil-A

They are so SLOW. Okay, I have worked for cfa before so I know that people can talk and work at the same time. I’m all for having fun at work but, if all you’re doing is talking, while your whole screen is mostly red, there is a problem. I stood there staring at the screen and fridge waiting only for a salad, where there were four salads in the fridge and only two on the screen. I don’t understand what was taking so long because I know for a fact, that if you don’t have something, you move on to what you do have and get it out of the way.

So disappointed. I waited 16 minutes for a chicken sandwich. No explanation why it took so long. They gave me a coupon for a free cookie for my inconvenience. Don't think I'll be going back anytime soon.

Chick-fil-a is just so bomber!!! Gotta love it. They do what they do and do it well! Long lines but not a long wait. Way to go guys!!
