“I was at the other location on academy and Platte. They have 2 lanes when u go to drive thru. I was in the online order lane. They gave me my food and told me my shake and drink would come up soon. Well about 10mins of waiting inline at the drive thru. While other cars were getting their orders and leaving from the other lane that was closer to the window. I asked an employee Where's my drink and shake at? He went to go check it out. He came back and asked what I had order. I then asked for a manager. The lady manager came out and asked what I needed. I told her I've been waiting for 10min my drink and shake. She went and got it for me. She didn't say sorry or any thing else when she gave me my drink and shake. By then my food was already getting cold. She had already walked back inside the store before I could tell her.“
