They love to hide the online orders in the back instead of using the rack, then they ignore you for 5+ minutes when you walk in and wait by the rack. Its completely backwards and defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. People walk in behind you and get their orders made faster.
Weird experience, the bathroom was closed. The woman taking my order was on the rude side. She asked if I wanted cheese and sour cream. I replied yes with lettuce. She asked if I wanted anything else I said chips and Queso. She goes to close my burrito. I ask her if I can get lettuce she says oh I asked you already, then never give me the queso for my chips. My friends wanted to go there for lunch and I had not been there in a long time so I agreed to go. Ordered the bowl and got white rice with cilantro, chicken, pico de gallo, cheese lettuce, corn and guacamole but they omitted the guacamole. Got lots of rice but very little chicken and their prices went up. I also got a drink with my meal. I am not fond of this fast food Mexican place & do not intend to eat there any time soon.
