Stopped for lunch after working fort Carson for the day. Absolutely incredible food. One of those magical meals you stumble upon, flavor was exploding in each bite. Had the shredded beef burrito and enchilada plate.. was the juiciest, most tender meat I've had. No sauce needed. But the sauce was incredible too. I'm so happy I found this place. Let me preference this. If you're looking for authentic Mexican food this is not it. However, if you are looking for an amazing SD Taco shop this is absolutely the place. The cook came out to greet me with the food I ordered and his name is Efrin. He told me he used to work at the shops in San Diego and the owners are from California too. This is hands down some of the best SD Taco Shop I've had outside of home. Great place for good Mexican food. Amazing service and atmosphere. The only issue I foresee being a problem for some is location. The shop is on B street which is known to be a little less then desirable.
