I work a very busy job and pizza nights occur often. Every time I’ve ordered here has been a perfect smooth experience. Tonight however our deliver driver, Elijah got a little lost trying to find our apartment. Which isn’t hard to do as we got lost when we first moved in. Elijah called and communicated with us until he found his way. This was no major inconvenience but just as we were finishing up dinner we received an email apology and coupon for free pizza! They cannot make a pan pizza to save their life. They need to get someone from the Union/Academy Store to come over and teach them. It's always undercooked and soggy. Idk why I keep ordering from here to be honest.
