Well what can I say that would be nice. Nothing at all. I only gave it 3 stars because I am from Massachusetts and we all grew up on Dunkin Donuts. But this one is bad I have been here 3 times and it never gets better. This time none of their machines worked so you could only get regular coffee. They also had NO donuts. Was an okay experience. Unfortunately the manager starting yelling at customers to get out of her lobby once the capacity hit more then 5 people. She was fully yelling, and it came off as super rude. They took a very long time to make one bagel and a tea, but the COVID also makes it short staffed, so I understand. Just wish the manager was nicer. May or may not be going back.

They didn’t have enough donuts for a dozen but tried to charge more than the dozen price for the ten donuts. The hot cocoa tasted like water, even the kids wouldn’t drink it. Servers were friendly and the place was clean. Wouldn’t go back to this one.
