Totally got the order wrong, and gave me a bit of attitude for bringing it back. Without the seating area, it's just a other drive through. Used to really like Einsteins, but they just lost it during Covid, and really haven't put the effort in to getting any better. Would like to see them get it back.
Shawn and the team were amazing and treated me with incredible service. I messed up an online order and they turned it around quickly and effectively, and the food was great. Thanks so much!
