I’ve been a regular customer of Fast Fit Foods for 3+ years. The staff esp Alexis is helpful and friendly. My job keeps me on the go and I dread meal planning/prepping. I’ve found that utilizing the meals for my lunches keeps me full and with the right amount of protein / carbs. I keep some at my office and some at home so I have no excuses. Because I live such a fast paced and busy life, meal prep and staying on track with nutrition can be difficult. Fast Fit Foods makes it super easy and convenient for me to stay consistent with nutrition by providing high quality, ready to eat meals that keep me moving towards my health and fitness goals!

I have gotten meal preps from here three times and every time the meals has been really good, but the portion is a little disappointing for the price. I’m still hungry after eating one meal and just wish they had an option for a bigger portion size. Other than that though the food tastes amazing and it’s very easy to heat up. Also the staff is very friendly and willing to answer and questions.
