While visiting a friend in Monument, we stopped at Hacienda Colorado. I had the Blood Orange margarita. It was their flavor of the month, and it didn't disappoint. I also had their guacamole, Queso Blanco, and habanero salsa. I was blown away by the flavor of everything I ordered. I'm always asking for the hottest salsa a restaurant can offer. Catering from Hacienda Colorado was incredible and a great price. We ordered it for our wedding rehearsal dinner to feed about 30 people. We had tons of leftovers, and they did a great job.
I took my family of five. Lunch time, Sunday not very busy at this point. This place does not require reservations, but the guest seater complain the we need to call ahead. Had to wait which was fine, except for the open tables.
