Great food, always delicious.Female wait staff is great. Very polite, friendly and attentive.Male host was very rude, he approached my son sitting at a table while we finished our order and told him to rudely move when myself and my husband were not around. The approach was uncalled for and he should have known to speak with an adult first. I wish the staff would treat our veterans and children with disabilities better. I would like to have the owner contact me to speak directly to him.

Had this for the first time today. Flawless. Best food I have had a in a long time! Very fairly priced too, blew my mind the amount of food I got for my GF and I under a hundred dollars. This place is definitely in my weekly rotation now!

It's the best wood-fired pizza in town! I usually get a calzone and my wife will get the small pizza & salad combo which comes with a drink. We love coming here. If we had one on the east side of town, we'd probably be eating here at least once a week.
Pizza was mediocre, lasagna bolognese was nothing different than a frozen stauffers lasagna. Lots of workers standing around on phones but we were never checked on once for water or drink refills. No wait staff either, order upon entry and take a number- chipotle style but with lofty prices. There are several other better pizza and Italian food choices in town. Also, they only offer beer and wine, no alternatives or full bar. Went for a birthday dinner and was beyond disappointed.

This will be the last time I go there. I have been a long time customer and always thought the food was really good and the price was reasonable. That ended today when I placed an online order that did not get made. Went to restaurant to pick up order and was told would be a few minutes as my panini was still cooking. No problem, I was early. However that ended up being a wait of over 35 minutes for a panini that was never made after the 25 minutes to wait on the original order. Had to ask for the manager twice to request a refund who promptly started to gaslight me about the panini. At first, I was told it would be a few more minutes and then was told that I would have to call Door Dash for the refund as their online order is thru them. I used their own website to place the order, not Door Dash. I do not care how you are setup but my business is between me and you, you should be able to handle the refund without me having to go thru a third party. Anyways after calling Door Dash and finally being able to speak to a live person, explained what happened and was told they would have to verify with Il Vicino. When the Door Dash person came back on the line I was told by Door Dash that my food had been ready and I abandoned it. Total BS. Good thing I was just outside the restaurant and I went back in to confront the manager about the BS and she continued to gaslight by saying she had it and was ready to give my panini to me. I informed her that this new version of the story was changed because just a few minutes earlier I was told that I had to wait and she was making it look like I was at fault for some stupid management reports because Door Dash would not issue a refund w/o documenting why. Apparently putting in a false report is OK with everyone else. I gave this place a second chance some time ago after my first visit ended up with dish water tasting pizza. A true measure of how well a business runs is not on when things go to plan but how you recover when things go sideways.
