Noah on the night shift is an absolute boss. Amazing service, always had a smile on his face and can tell he wants to provide good service to paying customers. That kid is going places. Day shift sucks, messes up orders, give you eye rolls when you want them corrected and food is just overall better at night shift.

Grab your receipt from this place, no-matter if you dine-in or drive-thru. They are completely unable to get an order right, ever. Which, sucks, because there are only like 2 other KFCs in the whole of Colorado Springs - and this one operates like it's being captained by a crew of stoned/drunk idiots. Every time I go into the restaurant, I swear it's one employee right after another utilizing the same bathroom. Doods - we all know what you're up to - you're just getting stoned after the next employee. How can a KFC been so mismanaged? I get that the area of Colorado Springs is rough, but you can have higher standards for your employees than actively doing drugs on the clock. Ya'll are always confused too like - didn't I place my order with you? Why are you asking me to verify my meal back to you. Even if I tell you - you're still serving it to me missing something [EVERYTIME].Avoid if you can, but I'm guessing this will be a[nother] KFC that gets closed-down.

I ordered the corn dog bites, checked the bag just to make sure it appeared that the right things were in there and drove away. When I got home, I opened the box and found this clump of foul-smelling (smells like old oil) glob of fried doughy masses. No hotdogs, no cornmeal batter—just a foul lump that weighed about the same as corn dogs would. I’m not sure why someone would intentionally do this—I’ve gone to this location several times, all pleasant. But it looks and smells *disgusting*. And whatever this is shouldn’t be in a place where it could be put into a food container *accidentally* and given to a drive-thru customer.

I ordered my food at 9:06. And the lady pulls me into spot number one cuz they had a couple minutes left on the chicken. It’s currently 9:30. Still waiting on the food. I even called them inside and asked were my food was and the lady got an attitude with me and told me my food was gonna be on the way out in a second. That was like 5 minutes ago… this is crazy bro

The only good thing is the food. The wait was bad. The service was bad..I got rang up for the wrong things and instead of it being fixed, they told me that they can charge me for another item over just charging me the difference or something.As someone who came with limited budget for lunch, it was very disappointing that I had to leave with things I didn't ask for.

Absolutely filthy inside. The stickiness on the floor from soda and who knows what was so bad that my shoes were literally sticking to the floor. There were an abundance of flies all through the restaurant. It was so filthy, we just threw our food away and left.
