We live in old Colorado city so we stumbled upon Kohnami by chance this past Saturday while up north. What a delightful hidden gem! They have about 8 or 9 tables and the restaurant was about half filled when we arrived. They had a little fire going on the TV which nice and cozy ^_^I saw some other reviews mention service but our service was fantastic! Gem that’s in the cut! Definitely some of the freshest sushi I’ve had in Colorado Springs. They gave us soup (miso) and salad with our selection of sushi. I also had the plum sake (very warm delicious) which went well with my meal came down super smooth! Definitely will be back again for another bite.
