Edit: Finally made it back for another visit. Won’t wait so long next time. Wonderful breakfast. Still five stars all around.~~~~~Fantastic small, authentic French bistro with wonderful food and pastries you can take home for tomorrow.
My boyfriend and I decided to try this smaller extension of La Baugette in Old Colorado City - we definitely enjoyed ourselves! This restaurant is larger than the one in Old Colorado City, the menu is different as well, but the atmosphere is even more warm and welcoming. Food was still delicious!The one down side was that it was difficult to get our waitress’s attention the two times we needed something but perhaps it was a busy day for them.We will definitely return to enjoy...read full review

Chestnut Ave location is heavily decorated with a wonderful full Parisian city mural.We always get the French onion soup gratinee because it's the best we've had here in Colorado. Love the pastries, too. Generous with the fillings!
