We had the eggs Benedict with hash browns and a BLT sandwich. Food was great! We went on a Sunday morning...which means we had a wait and the place was insanely packed. We only saw our waiter 3 times. When we ordered, when we received our food, and when we got the check. If you needed anything, you would have to get up and find your waiter yourself. We'll have to try this place during the week when it's less busy.
I love going to breakfast on weekends, and since Omelets Etc opened it has been my go to place. It always shocks me to see how cheap (for 2020+ standards) it is compared to most others I frequent. After trying most the menu, I continue to go back for the Mexican Skillet. The portions are large, and coffee is good. Ask for Eric as your server for top notch service. This is the absolute best breakfast place in Colorado Springs, hands down. My husband and I try to eat here at least once a week. The food is delicious with huge servings for half the price of somewhere like IHOP, and so much tastier. The crew are all very kind, and incredibly quick and good at their jobs. I cannot recommend this place enough, and if I could rate it higher, I would. Tons of love for the food and everyone there, I tell everyone I can about this place.
