Still amazes me how delicious the food here is!! Came to Colorado Springs for a small mini weekend and I needed to come back to one of my favorite places here. The food is still very delicious! The service is great and I love the people who work here. The philly special still rocks my world.. did I mention they also serve breakfast burritos, pancakes and omelettes in the morning? Yummmmy!!! They take care of you and put love in the food they make for you to eat. Forget the negative reviews from others.. they would not know good food if it dropped down from heaven..

Stopped at the mall on a whim tonight just because we didn't know what we wanted to eat and we just wanted to adventure around a little. We stopped here to grab a burger and were surprised to see that they had fried okra and fried cauliflower. We decided to give the fried cauliflower a try, and even tho the pieces were cut pretty big, the batter was still crispy and had a nice flavor. Our bacon burger was really good. Well cooked patty and crispy bacon. Super tasty! Definitely recommend combo #3!

Lol don't eat here unless you wanna be sick on the toilet... for a few times maybe 2,3,4, and for $12 you could've gone to chick fila, olive garden, or Joe's Crab Shack. Will not be eating here again

Every time I go to the Panda Express at Citadell Mall their food is never cooked. Lunchtime and there is only orange chicken, rice, and egg rolls. You will have to wait awhile if you order anything else.

Watched an elderly lady bring back a bowl because the meat was so overdone that she couldn't chew it. The employee behind the counter told the lady that she was lying and refused to help her out. She begged, saying that her meal was inedible. The employee blatantly refused to even help her out by exchanging or refunding. If it was possible to give 0 stars for customer service, I would.

The only reason I gave them a star is because it wasn't possible to give them zero stars or negative. Alexandria and Ale are HORRIBLE with their customer service. The first thing that happened is I asked for sesame seeds for the orange chicken. They'd given it to me when I actually went to this place before. Alexandria lied to me and told me they had none. Strike one. I then asked for some of the fried shrimp. Again, they said they didn't do that anymore. Strike two. Finally, I went back to try to pick up a tray to put all my stuff on. I sifted through the trays and all of them had at least sauce on them. I asked for a clean tray. Their response to me was oh that's not their department. I didn't care if they ran a tray under a faucet or wiped it down. All I wanted was a clean tray. It was almost like they didn't even care about what they were doing at the restaurant, basically picking up a check. Foul tip almost a strike out. I then was mad and wanted my money back so I could support a restaurant that gave a damn about what they were serving or how anything looked. Oh no....Ale not only looked at me crazy like asking for a clean tray was the craziest thing I could ask for. I just couldn't believe how rude these ladies were. I wanted my money back. That was the final straw. They didn't care so I didn't want to do any business there now or EVER.. Food was very dry and after I was treated like I was crazy for what I thought were reasonable requests, I will NEVER go there again. Oh went there around 1730 on a Thursday.
I'm always looking for a good Philly cheese steak when I'm out and about. And I'd have to say for a restaurant that I've never heard of I'd have to give Steak and Bake a 3 out of five. Nothing special about the Philly but then again I have no complaints. I got fries with it in their combo and I'd definitely say they need some work. All in all I say if you are in the area to stop by and grab a bite but it's not worth a trip for. If they keep working our the recipes I believe it will be a better eat.

Food is decent. Steak was a little old. Customer service needs work. Orange chicken was tasty. But seriously going to charge for a refill on my soda why is it that this is the ONLY panda I have eaten at that does that. Don't be greedy and give at least one free refill.
