TLDR: Hair in food and places to hang out so it inconveniences customers that want to eat.It’s their policy to not nicely ask people to leave even after they have paid and have been sitting there for 45 minutes. If you want a place to hang out for the day here it is!Once we were seated and ordered my Dad found a hair in his food.Regional manager did not want to talk with us and walked away when we requested to speak to him. My husband went to him to talk and he couldn’t have cared less about making the situation better. His carelessness is clearly having an impact.Restaurant manager was very sweet and tried to apologize for the situation.Waitress were very nice and helpful. The food and policies is unfortunately going to impact them and their livelihood more than anyone else.

Loved the corn beef hash with the pepper puree on top, and the side of biscuits and Gravy, coffee very good as well! With a cup to go.Parking: Limited parking as that is a popular section of University Village. But its still Free....I hate parking meters in town.

Long wait, like 2.5 hrs long on a Sunday around 9:30. They do have open seating at the bar and community tables though. When we finally got a table we were greeted by two, enthusiastic and playful servers. They took drink orders and were gone… another long wait. I think we just drew the short straw that day. Because when we finally got our food, my daughters scrambled eggs were undercooked (which they messed up twice more), and the salads they served had some really nasty greens in there. Overall it’s a lively spot and I’m sure if you ordered the “stuffed French toast” or pancakes and bacon, you would not be disappointed.

We're moving to the area, and this was our second visit. A friend who moved from Colorado Springs recommended before our first visit, and WOW! Such good food, and amazing service!Dietary restrictions: They ask about allergies when you are seated, and reference them throughout your visit. Peanut allergy safe in March 2024
