I've been to this location twice and both times they've been super busy, so I could understand why online orders may not be ready in time because they have walk-ins, too. They've always accomodated my special requests with generous toppings. I take it home, add my own seasonings and bake it. No complaints yet, will definitely be back.
Let's face it.We come here because its cheaper than takeout or delivery pizza and tastes better than frozen and even better than some restaurants and take out places.The quality of these pizzas depends on the person making it.I notice that when they deviate from their training it is usually better.When I went the pizza was good. I've been going to Papa-Murphys for close to 20 years and although the pizza has always been good, the customer service is usually sub-par. Today, Carlos took my order at the centennial branch and it was the best customer service I've ever had there. He was super friendly and pleasant and got our order done quickly and accurately. Give that man a raise!
