The Peking Duck was great. I really enjoyed the Tokyo Mule. Our waitress Vanessa was really great, very attentive, very engaging made great recommendations & I had a fulfilling experience. Thank you Vanessa, P.F.Chang needs to make you their training manager, Awesome customer service. My hubby & I will be looking forward to coming back, soon

Staff is awesome too—very thoughtful. Glad they’re wearing masks, and I can see their smiles anyway

Came to visit from Dallas. This was our first time to Colorado Springs. We stayed at a hotel near P.F. Chang's so we decided to eat here. We were greeted so politely and were seated right away. (Came early, 5ish). The food is wonderful and our waiter Kelly was great. He never forgot about us! I definitely highly recommend.

They had an estimated wait time of 30-40 min to be seated and with 3 small, tired and hungry boys, we were starting to look elsewhere. But after 20 minutes, they texted to say our table was ready for us! The waiter was so patient and helpful and kind, the food was delicious (I highly recommend the Peking duck), drinks were delicious, and the Merlot bloomed slowly on the taste buds. Overall, a marvelous dinner.

PF Chang's at the Shops of Briargate is, by far, one of our favorite restaurants in town. The service is always great, excellent food and I love giving our their gift certificates to my clients.

Food was good. Music was very annoying. The table next to was saying the same thing. Asked to turn it down. No luck.

We went on a Saturday night so it was busy so make sure to make a reservation first. The food was good. Good sized positions. The service was slow. Hard to track down waiter but it was a Saturday night. Overall good place for dinner.

Ordered takeout twice on Friday night. First order: Pad Thai was good. Mongolian Beef which I always order: seemed like a lower grade beef. Not so good. Second order took over 45 minutes to get a meal for four. I watched so many orders coming out, but not mine.

Their system for open table was down. They also were closing early due to staffing. I felt bad for everyone as they are doing the best they can.

Hostess seemed a little put off that I asked for a booth but she did it anyway. Sat down. Read the online menu. Chose Chilean Sea Bass. Waited for someone to serve me. Two couples were seated on either side. After a few, they were served and ordered. Still nothing for me. I walked out, went next door to Biaggis, and was treated like, like, well, like a customer. Very nice place, that Biaggis. Not so nice, that PF Changs. Not trying them again.

Ordered Mongolian beef dinner with fried rice to go. In the past this has been my go to dish to order. Last night it was not good at all. The sauce was not what it usually is. It was too salty and too garlicky. The rice was very dried out. Also there was a sign on the door indicating they were closing early due to staff shortage-perhaps a contributing factor to my disappointing meal. I currently do not recommend.
