+ Service+ Culture Aesthetic- Charred Brisket40% of the brisket moist we ordered was either charred or spotty with the salt. There were spots were there was no flavor at all or so much salt that we had to spit it back out. The venue was nice but the tables were really dirty when we got there. I'm just shocked that the char was so bad that I couldn't eat 40% of my meal.

I had a religious experience with the moist brisket. I’m not sure how else to put it. Everything else was the consistently high quality this location always has had, but the brisket was exceptional.

OMGosh! ....after trying out several "BBQ" places in southern Colorado for our wedding dinner last year, .... this was the winner! We come here often! Delicious food, wonderful atmosphere & great service! You will not be disappointed!

Best BBQ anywhere. I especially like the jalapeño hot links. Oh, yeah. I got there early, about 11:00 and was in a long long line, but I was amazed how quickly it cleared. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I’ll eat there anytime I’m in town.Back in town and enjoyed another great meal.
