I grew up eating at this place and everytime I go back to Colorado I eat here multiple times. This place has THE BEST Korean food in the states! It is delicious and the staff is always really sweet. It's a smaller place which makes it cozy. This is literally my favorite restaurant I've been to in the nation!Parking: Never an issue.Kid-friendliness: My child enjoyed this place a lot.

We came in with our nephew and his wife for a very late lunch. We were in town visiting from Florida where we do have our choice of Korean BBQ. Saw the reviews from others and decided to stop by.Definitely very pleased with the food. This is a true mom/pop spot with no frills - pure traditional family place and they serve beer and wine. Two options of lunch special and ready cooked - we stopped in for the kitchen cooked meals just because of the time. I'm sure for dinner would have been the traditional "cook it yourself" on the hibachi.Price was very reasonable and prolly the best Kim chi I've ever had.

Cute, family-type restaurant, with great service, and excellent Korean food. It said spicy, but I like mine a little spicier.

Came in for a take-out meal.Main dish was okay but their side dish (Ban Chan) was mixed like all in one, spicy & not spicy. It looked very untouchable & uninviting to try them.Other places use separated compartment container so each side dish doesn't touch each other.Foods should be tasty but as well as visually appealing too.Suggested to do something differently for all in one mixed to-go side dish.

My family and I have been coming to this place for years. They have very good authentic Korean cuisine and are pretty fast serving! I love to get the Kim Bop which is handmade there I absolutely love it as well as the Beef Bul Go Ki which is so so good and they give you a bunch of little side dishes! I recommend getting the beef bul go ki with the lettuce wraps! I’ve had a couple Korean BBQ here in the Springs before, but I’ll always come back to this place! Super super yummy!

My tummy was rumbling and I thought to myself what better place to sit down, and enjoy a meal at than Korean? I was terribly mistaken! I entered the restaurant and sat down an hour before close. After being rushed to order, my food came out. 5 mins into stuffing dumplings into my mouth the waitress put the check in-front of me… she told us to pay now. We had JUST gotten our food and now we are being hurried to leave. It’s like they were competing for the world’s fastest way to lose a customer!I was enjoying my cup of ice water when all of a sudden someone appeared in front of me, hands waved across my face. My sip was rudely interrupted by the waitress who told me to move out of the way so she can take my plates and finish cleaning the table…while we were still eating/drinking. The food was mid, the service was bad. We were practically kicked out 20 mins before closing. Do better. Maybe if you don’t wanna close at the closing time stated, close earlier.

I have dined at this restaurant with my sister for over 7 years because she loves their soup. However, the wait staff is always mean and disrespectful to her. When I come to this restaurant with my son, I'm always greeted and thanked for coming in. Yesterday was my birthday and my other sister who was visiting from the UK, who is very health conscience because she is a cardiac surgical nurse. We wanted to share this delicious soup and the lovely Korean vegetables with her. Our experience here was the worse. The owners wife was not present and there were two Korean ladies as servers. They lacked civility and demonstrated poor service and refused to give my sister a bag for our leftovers. My sister is very polite and hospitable because she has devoted her life to saving others and caring for them to assist them in healing. The behavior of these two ladies was not the ethos of the female owner. I was so offended because I wanted to share a special soup that often heals my soul and the experience brought me to a level of shame and division. Food should bring people together. Instead this evening on my 54th birthday , Almost brought me to tears. I want to apologize to my sister who was visiting. I was very upset and disappointed. I said some things that I was not happy about. Mainly because I was shocked. I always bring my son to this restaurant and we often spent $75-$150 for just he and I. He really enjoys the food and the attention the owner gives to us when we come. I did not like how rude they were to my sister, mainly because of her, I was introduced to this restaurant and she is often treated with dishonor. Please know that your food gives life, don't take away life by being unkind to people who work hard and choose to patronize your restaurant. To spend over $100 for soup for 3 people is a sacrifice especially during the time and season we are in. Be kind to all your guests, especially the ones who have similarities to you and your culture.

Food is on point! I’ve been to my share of K-BBQ places and the quality of this place is right up there with the best of them. The Kailbi was so tender they must have marinated them for days! The beef bul-go-gi was flavorful. The Spicy pork bul-go-gi, always a family favorite, was well seasoned. The Banchan (side dishes) were tasty as expected. Although I initially wanted to cook it myself due to habit, I was happy to let them do it so I could enjoy the taste. The staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive. Even the chef came out to pay our table a visit which I thought was a nice touch. The atmosphere is basically a hole in the wall, but if they keep providing tasty K-BBQ favorites, I won’t care.

The food was just okay, but the atmosphere was terrible. It is cluttered and feels really dirty, with no character. It makes a family diner or Applebee's feel super classy in comparison. It was also fairly expensive. For $25 or more per plate, it should at least be clean and feel like they made an attempt to give it character.

Really fun find. Read we've enjoyed a variety of Asian foods for the week we've been in Colorado city. Today it was Korean. This one looks like traditional Korean cuisine and was close to our hotel. We ordered a couple dishes to split, a bibimbap (Korean rice bowl) and an order of Korean fried chicken. The bibimbap had a nice cross-section of fresh vegetables in the dish, and they provided the Bibibop sauce in a bottle on the side so we could spice to our liking. The Korean fried chicken was unusual and delicious. With strips of chicken stirfried such that the outer surface was crispy and the meat still tender, not dried out. It was served in a Korean barbecue sauce with rice on the side. When the food was served about six dishes of relishes and pickles were left with the food. The woman running the front of the house was pleasant, willing to explain the dishes, and had a good sense of humor. Next time I'm in Colorado Springs, I would come here without a second thought.
