I’ve been in there three times and every time the co workers are extremely rude, very dirty looks no welcome in or anything. I work at fast food myself and the first thing everyone learns is customer service which this Taco Bell doesn’t have. Not only that the food is poorly made and machines seem to constantly be down.
I usually try to avoid this location as the food has a 50/50 chance of being well-made. I’ve had orders in the past that were cold on arrival, with laughably weak portions.Recently I waited 40 minutes in the drive-thru when there were only 3 cars in front of me - 10 of which were spent at the window. 18 Mar 24 went to the drive thru & ordered the Cheesy Chicken Crispanada, Mexican Pizza combo and soft beef tacos. The Mexican pizza was crispy and delicious but the tacos that came with it were not okay. The soft beef tacos were also good but the new Cheesy Chicken Crispanada had more cheese than chicken but the shell was crispy.
