As always you walk into Taco Bell and you’re left standing for upwards of 5-10 minutes before you’re even acknowledged. Also, why do they have a pickup rack if they don’t use it? I’m standing there my order status says ready but I see no order. I went through the drive thru a few days ago, I believe the young lady who took care of me was named Malia (although cashier name on receipt says Carol W. ) well Malia or carol who ever took care of me was more than exceptional in their customer service and deserves praise for who hard they were working! I Appreciate the fast & friendly service !

Went to the drive thru but our order was missing items and had items we didn't order. Brought it in to get it corrected and was forgotten after 30 minutes of waiting. Left with a refund. A lady waiting inside also had waited 20 minutes for a single taco. No name tags so couldn't say who was who but I'm sure it doesn't matter since none of them could do a good job. Worst taco bell EVER!
