We used to go out of our way to avoid this location but the past few weeks, there's been fantastic service (including employees labeling which burrito has steak-- a freakin godsend for this vegetarian), good vibes, and the food is hot and order correct. I'm here for it!
Poor customer service. Told the manager that as well. Tells me to find another taco bell to go to because I told her their customer service skills suck. Employees just playing around instead of getting the food made for customers. Manager tells me they make the food first by who orders the least amount, not by who ordered first. Won't be back. The manager as well as the employee I spoke with about remaking my order they previously made incorrectly. It’s been 9 days. The manager originally refused to remake the order siding that it had been over a month. I corrected her and let her know that it had been nine days. She then said that they have to be strict now because people have been doing this and I was like yeah, probably because their food has been made incorrectly.
