Will never go here again. 10 years ago this place was amazing. Last weekend I met some old friends for dinner. The service was good, but oh boy. The food came out cold and bland and we were rushed to finish our meals and get out. Dropped alot of cash here and they dgaf. There are many great options in Colorado Springs that won't make you leave after an hour and a half. The only redeeming quality of the rabbit hole these days is the art by Phil Lear on the walls and the cocktails you have to finish quickly so they can flip the table.Take my advice, Go elsewhere.

We used to be big fans of the appetizers here, especially the meat and cheese plate. The ambiance is still nice and the staff is outstanding; however, the food was a low point. We had drinks, the meat and cheese nosh board and fried cauliflower. We also ordered their carrot cake. The meat and cheese board was hit and miss - and the misses simply were very bad. Fortunately, the fried cauliflower was outstanding. My wife and I are not picky eaters, but the carrot cake was so foul that we left over 3/4 of it untouched. I don't think we will be going underground to the Rabbit Hole anytime soon, which is too bad given how wonderful this place used to be.

What a disappointment, mainly due to the food, it was all just meh…. No flavor in the steak, cold bland potatoes, undercooked risotto cakes to the point where they were crunchy. Our waitress was just ok and sort of indifferent. Having been there about a year ago. I remembered the whole experience being a lot better than tonight.

Very cool atmosphere! Service was for the most part good. Unfortunately all the food we had was average (at best) to below average, especially for the price! My Chicken Cordon Bleu was very dry, and the cheese was pretty much non-existent. I would have told our server, but she never once asked “how is your food”. If you have never been and want to visit The Rabbit Hole for the experience, I highly recommend going there for just drinks & dessert.

Great spot to have a nice dinner or drink with your significant other. Lights are turned down low and creates a great atmosphere for you and your date. The sticky ribs appetizer is an absolute must.

A month in advance I reserved for dinner reservations for my anniversary with my wife, annotated that in my booking notes. Asked them to reach out with any questions about accommodations, and asked if there was anything they did special to call and ask when they got to my reservation. Even was told happy anniversary at the entrance. Yet when we were sat, we sat in a dark back corner next to an exit. There was nothing, ambience wise, to look at or admire during our date. (It didn't last long). The only thing to look at was a waiter/waitress restock/plates/water table. I will say our waitress Sydney was super pleasant and nice and understanding when we decided to leave. The manager was nice and offered to move us to another place in the restaurant. You may ask why I am writing this review if they tried to adjust and accommodate us. Well it's just the fact of the matter that I wanted it to be a great night with my amazing wife, yet after booking so far ahead to try and secure a great seat - we were still let down. Best of luck to anyone else wishing to celebrate a significant time with their loved one. We weren't so lucky with our reservation.

An incredibly whimsical atmosphere that's a feast for the eyes! The whole experience (entry, service, food, ambiance) leaves an indelible mark, and is well worth the adventure.
Food and atmosphere was amazing. My only complaint is I ordered a glass of wine and it tasted like the bottle had been open for a while. I've had the wine several times so I know what to expect. Otherwise, everything was perfect! Highly recommend the whiskey rib appetizer.

Bland food, and served cold. Ordered the rabbit meatloaf, and it was cold, and the carrots and mashed potatoes it came with were unseasoned. I mean completely, not even salt or pepper. The meatloaf itself had only a tomato/sugar liquid-consistency sauce on top, and the whole dish was cold. Considering we were the first group of diners in the restaurant that evening, very strange that both entrees were cold. Husband had the truffle mac and cheese. Pretty bland, and could not taste any truffle. Also cold! Huge portion, but why would you want more? Tried the signature Rabbit Hole martini and it was...bland! Tasted like milk and vodka. And not very much vodka. Husband's Talking Flowers was much better and on par with a medium-priced cocktail bar drink. Cute touch to add the flowers to the top; very on theme. We boxed up our items with 1/4 eaten and ran out of this place. Why didn't we ask to have the food warmed up? It wouldn't have helped the flavors at all anyways. Best for us to never return. 2 stars because maybe their drinks are good and this could be a nice cocktail bar for someone to go to. Service was good!

Really cute little spot, cozy atmosphere, delicious food and drinks, great service, and they even had really good music playing. It's a bit pricey, but absolutely worth every penny. We had the artisan bread, the chicken cordon bleu and the salmon as our entrées, and shared a moon pie for dessert. Everything was so delicious! They offer mocktails if you're not interested in an alcoholic drink - the Mock Turtle and Honey Bee were quite tasty!

Went here on a date night. I like the low key dark vibes were we were sitting at it gave it a nice feel. Drinks were pretty good & our waiter was amazing. The chimi steak was very delicious & jerk chili ..
I did love the restaurant and experience. The only issue I had was having the reservation at 5:30 and us waiting 15 minutes to be sat. I know most will go to the bar and drink while waiting, but me and my husband don't drink alcohol. But that's the only complaint, everything else was great.
