I love the west side,and this Wendy's Is exceptional In comparison to other businesses on the west side. Ado to its Always available and clean ? , friendly staff, and the food is A+ for a Wendy's.
Gentleman at the counter really made my day. I ordered online and had to wait only a few minutes after sending it from the parking lot so as to be expected and I wasn't complaining... but I wish I could give him a shout out because very attentive and efficient as well as offering a little perk for such wait, which was the perfect treat with dinner for two! Thanks Guy! I see you and appreciate you. Good looking out!

It probably sounds really strange to hear a person say that their "Wendy's experience" made their day, but the employees at "my" Wendy's in W. Colorado Springs routinely do. Thank you, Wendy's staff, for being cool and human and a drive-through dining experience that is a net positive, food- and humanity-wise. :) I don't know how ya'll handle drive thru rush hour with such aplomb, but kudos to you for doing it.
