There’s literally nothing wrong with this JJ. Why so many Karens leaving bad reviews? It’s fast food and better run than 80% of the fast food chains in the area. They deserve more 5 stars to correctly put them above their competitors.
Completely inaccurate order. Shorted us sandwiches and still tried to charge us for missing items. When figuring out problem the "manager" of the store was giggling and not taking the issues seriously. The training and quality control apparently has been thrown out the door. We don't have many choices of food in this area. Jimmy Johns is typically a okay choice in most cases! This location is surely not a well ran or desirable establishment.

I frequent this location and love the sandwiches. This particular visit fell a little short with the food quality; the bread was super hard and stiff almost burnt. I called and spoke with Mason and he remembered me and was very polite, professional and hospitable. He apologized and offered to make a new sandwich.
