Stranger took my money. I was refused to serve. The chef and cooks scoffers me and left me hungry because of my medical condition.

My money was stolen from unknown guy demanded me money. The chef and cook aren't nice and friendly with me. They scoffers me and won't help me. They won't help me because I have medical conditions that require medicine with food.

Ordered the Reuben. Came out hot and looked delicious. Unfortunately, looks were deceiving. Even though it was soaked with sauce and had lots of filling the sandwich was bland and the meat was very sinewy.

Get either the Gyro, or the Railroad Reuben.I visit here once-a-week (ish), while I'm waiting for the Bustang. Ordering process is quick and efficient - tell the guy what you want, settle up, then chill for a minute whilst they make the goodies appear. The longest I've ever waited was like 10 minutes, and in their defense, they were quite busy. Still got a great sandwich, that I really didn't mind waiting for.I'm a people guy, and like other interesting people, so I'd have to mention Axel. Dude smiles every time we see each other, and just seems like a nice guy. In a transit station with thousands of people, pretty cool to get recognized once a week.I'm the blue-bearded fella... see you next week :)

I LOVE their pozole. I get it on a regular basis, and they even have toppings for the pozole and lime wedges. Super delicious. I've tried their sandwiches, the ruben is my favorite, but the turkey and swiss is also good. Their french fries are also really great!! They're also usually pretty fast about it. Highly recommend.

Surprise fees are added onto the menu price, and you can’t see what they are until after you’ve paid and gotten your receipt.Nobody likes this. Just raise your prices so you can pay your workers what you need to, or show the prices after fees on the menu.
Just had this AWESOME breakfast sandwich steak & beggel. Highly recommend! GREAT way to start your day

Gyro was pretty good but I expected more after 20 minutes and over $14

Employees were rude and laughing at other patrons in union Station. At one point they all took turns leaving the store to mock a family passing through union Station. My husband I were about to go in and order food. We did not go in because of their behavior. I would not recommend.

Just missed my train to the airport by 20 seconds because they chose to prioritize training a new worker when I asked them to rush my sandwich because I was going to miss the train. DON’T TAKE A CHANCE WITH THESE GUYS. And it was the manager that did it so don’t reply to this saying you are sorry!

The Cheesesteak “Special” was quite good, and was served in less than 5 mins. I’ll stop by again!
