Love the ambiance along with the food and music.

This locally owned upscale American restaurant is a definite go-to if you are a tourist wanting to try local food. We had the Forgeage mushroom pasta that was fresh and light with mouthing watering flavors. We also order the bison burger and we are still craving it even after our dinner. Prices are reasonable for the quality. The host as well as the sever were very accommodating and friendly during our whole stay. Food was relatively good for the price. But the service was disturbing. Examples: waiter tries to pour the wine, and a lot ends up on the table. Busboy repeatedly drops silverware while clearing tables. Server taking half eaten appetizer plates away without asking. In most places bad service means no service. Here, bad service means servers who just don't know what they are doing. Sigh.
