Barcelona was a great experience. Though we were not able to get a table for two at 1930 (walk in), we found open seating at the bar. The bar service was punctual and polite. We ordered our paella early since we knew about the lead time (1 hour). We then started with aperos of boquorones, empanadas, whipped goat cheese, cocktails (dos peninsulas) and wine (Pedro Ximenez), all of which we'd recommend. Ok! This is place is awesome! Super trendy, in a really exciting neighborhood, the service and the food are absolutely phenomenal. My husband and I were out celebrating some great news yesterday and arrived a few min before our reservation (I do recommend a reservation because this place is in high demand).Our table wasn’t ready yet but we ended up sitting at the bar and loved the vibe there so we stayed.
