The absolute best!!! We have been coming here since it was Cody's and it has been amazing every. Single. Time. The location in a shopping center is so deceiving. Inside lies a true gem of a place. A place that treats you like family.Sue is magic in the kitchen. Her menu is spectacular and her specials are truly special. The entire staff (Schafer, Josh, Isabel and Sue) are incredible and each bring their own unique skill set... gluten free focaccia bread and honey cake among their specialties! The Brussel sprouts are ridiculouslyamazing. A 20/10. The misto salad is incredible. The ossobuco is divine!I know I seem like I'm gushing, but it's true. They also hold events in their Cody's space (formerly New Orient). We've done so many Grip events there.. for business gatherings and for fun! This will become your favorite restaurant. Wish I stopped to take pictures of the food... but I eat our too quickly every single time.Dietary restrictions: Great with gluten and dairy restrictions.

Good was yummy and the service was great! Everyone was super kind and accommodating. Get the tiramisu desert!
According to the restaurant, Bettola literally means Hole in the Wall - google says it means Tavern. In either case it seems appropriate. Not a typical fancy restaurant- this place seems to emphasize what’s important: FOOD - great quality food and great service. Also great wine knowledge and pairing. The chef oddly is a small Vietnamese lady. If you’re there late she’ll probably come out to ask how the food was. She learned her skills in (France I think, Europe anyways)

Don't let the unassuming store front and strip mall dissuade you. Bettola Bistro is an AMAZING restaurant with owners who genuinely care about your experience from beginning to end. The food, drinks, and dessert are carefully crafted to take you on a memorable culinary journey. You will love this place...

Confused because the restaurant was always accommodating except we felt turned away. When we first spoke to server he said they could get us a table then all of the sudden said they couldnt accommodate us anymore (when our black mix friends showed up). Lost great customers due to that. Thank goodness we have other amazing Italian eateries!

Stopped by without a reservation for an early dinner on a Saturday. It's a small restaurant so we were lucky to be seated. My wife and I ordered the specials. She had the lamb ragout over pasta, and I had the black cod over a pumpkin risotto. I also had the sommelier select the wines that would pair best with the specials, and he did. We started with the warmed olives, that were quite tasty. My wife enjoyed the ragout and found it tasty. My entree, the black cod and risotto, was perfectly cooked and delicious. The risotto was to my liking as it was too al dente. The wines were delicious albeit a bit pricey.

Last night, my partner and I had the pleasure of enjoying this restaurant. I have never had a culinary experience like this before. All of the ingredients were so fresh and chosen with love. The menu selection was phenomenal, and I don't think it's possible to pick something you won't enjoy. I only managed to snap a photo of the buratta, as we were busy devouring everything else too quickly. My favorite dish was definitely the lamb ragu. This spot is perfect for date night, the ambiance was intimate and cozy. 100/10.

Wow, guys!Based on local reviews, we chose Bettola’s for great Italian and a small sized restaurant. I had the lamb ragù, which was rich, tasteful, and delicious. My husband had the pork saltimbocca, which had a touch of lemon and had a light and unique flavor. We opted to share a slice of honey cake because we were getting pretty full… but I’m so glad we did because the flavor of this dessert is sweet and light, just enough to balance out the cake layers. We had the privilege of being served by the sommelier and the pastry chef, both which provided lovely insight and commentary into some of the dishes that were made at Bettola. I haven’t even mentioned the roasted brussel sprouts with balsamic reduction, which was the star of the night. Wow.All in all, we agree that Bettola, the tiny little “dive” is definitely a 5-star worthy restaurant with delicious food, and wonderful service. We look forward to our next visit :)Thank you!
I have no issues with the food. The food was incredible. We came in on a Friday at 5:15 to an empty restaurant. When we got to the door we were asked if we had a reservation, we did not, as it says no where that one is necessary. After being seated at the bar, we proceeded to have the most awkward service. It felt like because we didn’t have a reservation we were an inconvenience. This was largely due to the condescending wait staff. We found it odd we had to order our appetizer and food at the same time. Yet the people next to us at the bar were able to order several glasses of wine and put in an appetizer order separate from their main dish. There was a clear difference in how we were communicated with compared to those around us. This was uncomfortable for us and could’ve been avoided had we been seated at a table (several of which were still open when we left). Overall, we are still unsure if we would return. It’s unfortunate to spend over $100 on a meal for 2 people and feel so unwelcome. We understand if a reservation is necessary but you should make that clear, if not please be kinder to walk ins.

Found this locally owned small restaurant a few years back on Yelp. We’ve been coming here every couple months since. The staff, the ambiance, the food and wine are all amazing. We bring all out of town guests here and no one is disappointed.I never remember to take photos because I can’t wait a second before diving in. I think the empty plates speak for themselves.Thank you Schafer, Josh, Isabel and Sue for being your authentic selves.

Very good place to eat, but prepare to wait. The waiter said they make everything from scratch, so it is the reason for the long wait. The Brussel sprout appetizer was really good.
Un-freaking-believeable. Just pure food bliss. The service was outstanding. Some of the best wait staff of any Denver Resteraunt. And the ambiance was super romantic but also very welcoming and honey if you're not looking for romance. An all around wonderful experience. This will be our new weekly haunt.

Was looking for something different to try in area and heard great things from this place. We went right at 4:30p and no one was in yet. We started with the Grilled peach Caprese and wow was this amazing the grilled peach with Mozarella, balsamic just all worked great. I got the scallop special which I did not love it was a little thin sauce for me and the scallops didn't have that nice crisp sear that I love. The scallops and sauce may have been better on risotto vs linguine. My guest got the mussels which were really small and a Caesar which after ordered they realized they had not made any Caesar so they subbed with a miso vinaigrette which wasn't as great. I have seen some of the specials and I really would love to try the steak or pork chop special they both look amazing. Maybe another time.
