Can't say enough about this place. The wife and I checked out the downtown location an Valentine's Day. We loved it so much we tried the central park location for her birthday. The manager was the best. She was so helpful in getting us a party if seven in during Denver restaurant week. The server was exceptional as was the food.

"The brussels sprouts were amazing"...said no one ever. Until we came to ChoLon for restaurant week.Both soup dumplings, egg rolls, Malaysian noodles with waygu beef...all very good. But the star for us were the brussels sprouts. Never tasted anything like them before! They were simply riveting. The food was fantastic! The four starters - wow! Very creative and tasty. We wanted to try more than 1 entree, so we did! Had the noodles with shrimp and pork vindaloo. Both delightful and filling, and then we had the donuts for dessert. Nice end to the meal. If you can't make it to the Central Park location, definitely try it in downtown Denver, and soon enough at the airport in Terminal C. This was our 3rd Restaurant Week meal, and by far, the best!
