“Went for the key lime after word of mouth rec as best in Denver. they were out by midday (more supporting evidence that theirs is the best in town) I tried the veggie pot pie. Thanksgiving flavors. Reminiscent of the veggie gravy at atomic cowboy if you know it you’ll def love it. The caramel apple bourbon didn’t let me down. Who doesn’t love a good crumb crust? The French silk made a nice little bday gift to a friend. Customer service friendly and cool I can’t think of anything these folks could do better except make more pies ❤️“
“Such a fun night! Single Girls Rule the World Bingo with Talia Tucker. Lots of prizes and fun games in between the rounds of bingo. Talia knows how to keep everyone engaged and the servers know how to keep the drinks and snacks coming. It doesn't hurt that my friend won both rounds of the gift card prizes.“
“Cute little coffee shop inside the Zeppelin station. They usually only prepare one order at a time which shows the care and attention they put into their product. Everyone is always friendly! The coffee is delicious. One of my favorite lattes for sure! It is on the pricier side but definitely worth it!“
“I love this place!!! I highly recommend it for lunch, tea or just to hangout and read. They feature great musicians on the weekend and they are doing a lot to preserve the history of the area. The owner is topnotch!! Stop by for a n amazing experience.“
“I work from here about once a week. The staff is friendly, supportive and operates with clear intentionality to be welcoming and inclusive. I love the art and the atmosphere. I also run into a lot of community organizers and folks who are committed to supporting this area of the city--really a very rare and wonderful local spot that is one part coffee shop and one part community space. Their seasonal menus are also really great!“
“A worthy representative of my Guatemala in Denver, with the best coffee in the world, exquisite!!! What a charming, delicate place, busy with people who work or study digitally in a quiet environment, having a coffee with a very cool snack. And the decoration with huipils 100 points!“
“This place is horrible please don’t go there but if you do can you get me a curry bun and a matcha donut and the hot dog thing and the bacon thing. But yeah like I said STAY AWAY from here. The prices may be AMAZINGLY reasonable and the treats might be delicious but you’d probably hate it so go somewhere else thanks :-)“
“Simple & Elegant. For me this is one of the greatest compliments. The location is in a wonderful neighborhood, the building is warm and inviting, the menu simple and covers a breadth of savory and sweet ideas all named after towns in North Carolina and a build your own biscuit for those who want to customize. I think the menu had less than a dozen options all focused on biscuits that were just the right size. My Café Latte was very good just wish it had been a little bit hotter. My only issue was the ramkin of jam I purchased was way too small especially for the price. You always need jam with a biscuit.“
“Great selection of single origin beans. Pastries are good too. The baristas were very nice and explained the menu well - I could tell they were familiar with the coffee they were serving and gave great recommendations based on our preferences. Definitely a great spot to check out if you're in the area!“
“As a Filipino, I’ve been searching for some of my favorite Ube Lattes in Denver and Ti Cafe has some of the best here in town! It’s not too sweet, but you know the Ube is there with its rich flavor. I’ve had it hot and iced depending on weather and Ti Cafe doesn’t disappoint!“
“This place is a vibe. We pride ourselves, husband and I, on visiting different coffee shops all the time. Sometimes, hitting up an old favorite is a really good thing. The plants are spectacular. The coffee is just as spectacular. It’s accessible and it’s clean. This morning I sat in a swing and watched it snow outside through a jungle of beautiful, green, interesting plants. We had one in and another to go. Seriously. Go experience #thedandylionvibe“
“Wait staff are ALWAYS as attentive as they can be, even with a full house they make you feel like family. The drinks SLAP and even the mimosas are strong! My partner and I come here on the regular- Even though we moved about 30 minutes away, it's worth the drive ?“
“Dear Crema,Thank you for turning my difficult morning upside down with this lovely latte and breakfast burrito. I can feel the love energy all around in this coffee shop. Bright faces, happy employees, lively customers, and just what I needed to start the day right! ✨“
“This little place on 17th turned into our sanctuary during my wife's surgeries and follow up doctor visits at nearby Saint Joseph's Hospital. I would highly recommend. Great people great food and a nice little upstairs just to relax“
“Came with a large group and we were all well fed and taken care of. Delicious food and friendly service.Vegetarian options: Falafel wrap, grape leaves, sambosas, lentil soupDietary restrictions: Had vegetarian and gluten free diets in our group and everyone had multiple options to eat and enjoy.“
“The food is delicious, the price is right, the staff is friendly and fast, and it's a wonderful place to sit for lunch. I got the lemongrass chicken bahn mi and it was perfection in everything you're looking for in a bahn mi. 100% will be “
“We popped in for coffee while exploring. It was ok. Bitter and not sweet. I didn’t really enjoy mine but hubby said his was ok. We always do vanilla lattes so it’s easy to compare at different shops. There’s lots of street parking and outdoor tables although they are rough! Don’t snag your pants like I did!“
“New favorite baker spot! Little selection of fresh produce and groceries. Killer sandwiches, and breakfast burritos. Excellent pricing and super friendly staff. A great neighborhood vibe. Can’t wait to come back for more food! Bike rack out front too!“
“Admittedly, having a hot latte to go in a glass jar was a bit odd, but I got around to the idea. Smooth espressos, really delicious pastries with extensive variety. Can be quite busy on the weekends and the line goes out of the door because there isn't too much space inside to line up. Not knocking it against them of course, just be prepared in the summer as you will have to stand under the sun.“
“UPDATE: The service and owner (Andres, I think) are always super kind. It's uncommon to find this kind of friendliness and Denver. Every time I've been greeted and served with joy and authentic conversation. I'd encourage people to support this family owned shop -- the prices are still amazing too, you might pay twice as much across the street.Dope coffee. they serve sweetbloom. Way better than whatever coffee shop used to be here.About half the price of huck coffee across the street and just as good.“
“You will not be disappointed here! Everything was delicious! We ordered the chicken street rice, pork street soup, green curry and Kho Soi with fried chicken(my favorite). Food was authentic and the flavors were perfect. Had the mango mojito to drink and mango sticky rice for desert. The family loved everything!“
“This coffee shop is a gem! From the moment you walk in, the aroma of freshly brewed coffee greets you, setting the perfect tone for a delightful experience. The coffee is rich, flavorful, and truly exceptional—one of the best I've had. But that's not all; the breakfast burritos are SO GOOD! The friendly staff makes each visit memorable.5 stars *****“
“Reunion is the best bakery in the state of Colorado, hands down. This bread is the only thing keeping me sane during quarantine. They always have a wonderful variety of delicious breads, but recently on the weekends, they've been offering bundles that are so much fun and a welcomed break in the monotony of a covid world. Recently I purchased a bread and butter flight (!!!! I know!) And they had a memorial weekend package with meat from a local butcher, veggies, pickles and aioli from acorn. I don't care that I can't go anywhere for the holiday, I'm taken away by reunion! Plus they had brioche buns in the package, which I'm making lobster roll (buns?) with! Their staff is wonderful and help out in any way they can. They now offer local deliveries too! I want to be selfish and keep them a secret, but they're too amazing not to share.“
“Enormous amounts of food. Service is fantastic, and the restaurant is always super packed. Be prepared to wait. It's definitely worth the wait. They can accommodate large groups, but it's better to call ahead. The waitstaff is quick and works as a team.“
“First time trying a Turkish coffee and this was the place to try it. We had such a friendly cashier who provided information on everything on the menu. We tried a few food items that were really really great. I cannot name them now, but they were amazing.“
“When you come here you automatically feel a peacefulness atmosphere. If you ever want a very healthy and earthy tasty coffee/ teas you should come here. At least once because it’s really nice to see all the trinkets for sale + holistic vibes. You can come here to sit and relax. Read a book or work/ study. Depending on the time/ day there may be a bigger line and seating might get scarce, but usually you should be able to get a seat and drink fast.I recommend for first timers to try the chuggacinco I think it’s called / spelled. It’s close a hot chocolate/ cappuccino.“
“On our many visits we usually have one French sandwich. Always excellent and we like the guys! Today the online system said “not available.” When I picked up lunch I asked and was told “oh, we have it, that’s just a problem with the internet “!No big deal, but imagine the difference if someone said”, have you got 5 minutes and I’ll make you what you wanted”? Just sayin!“
“The last time I flew DIA years ago, Ruby Tuesdays was peak cuisine. Was great to find a lot more options out that way. Food was great. Service was okay but nothing to be mad about. Great Pho. Dispensary right across the street, just a random bit of trivia.“
“Lovely service and lovely coffee! Picked up two coffees for a much needed boost at a nearby hospital. The barista was amazing and whipped up a delicious mocha and latte. Their coffee has amazing flavor. We also got a lovely cinnamon roll which was a nice texture and the frosting and cinnamon were nicely balanced. I will be back if I am in the area. Also love their motto :)“
“A review with my full thoughts would be far too long. This place is amazing — the food, the staff, the location. All of it. I used to live in Denver and moved away a couple years ago, but try to make it a point to pop in for some donut holes my trips back. I came back two years after moving away and the owner not only remembered me, but remembered my wife’s favorite flavor of donut hole. The amount of care the entire staff puts into this establishment is undoubtedly displayed in every visit.“
“We came for the cider, cheese, and truffle pairing and we were not disappointed. The staff was super friendly and efficient! My favorite pairing was the Jimmy Buffett combo. If you like delicious ciders and a great atmosphere, I'd highly recommend stopping by.“
“Another must visit if you find yourself in The Mile High City. This cajun restaurant is operated out of a beautiful and cozy Victorian house which added to the wholesome atmosphere. The food was sublime; the beignets, cheesy grits, and omelets did not disappoint. The only downside was the food coma afterwards.“
“The crepes are yummy, and the serving size is shareable or a tasty, take-home snack or meal. Environment is positive, staff are friendly and respectful, bathroom is clean. The tables are a touch too close together, but don't let that stop you from swinging by for a tasty meal or snack. I didn't try any of the baked goods, but they look fresh, tasty, and definitely shareable.“
“The absolute best coffee shop in Denver! I ordered the Horchata Latte which was served hot in a traditional red clay mug. My beverage was smooth had a delicate body, a gentle sweetness and fruitiness, and an acidic snap to finish off the experience. There was ample, clean space to sit with friends in the courtyard right outside with chairs and tables. The shop was colorfully complimented with locally made goods, homemade Mexican pan dulce, and offered so much more than coffee. They even make atole which takes me back to my childhood! I can't wait to try everything on their menu. This is my new favorite place in Denver and will quickly become yours too!“
“I live in the Springs, I’m a hifi fan and a vinyl lover. Came up with the family for a day in Denver. Had the wife drop me off while her and my daughter went to Ikea. Nice place, was hoping for some jazz but was subjected to a nice smooth mix out of my norm. Enjoyable. Great drinks, staff was on point, knowledgeable and attentive. I understand at certain times it’s more about the music and your expected to chill and listen. I’d be all about that but this was not my experience which is fine. Great place. Japanese whiskey list was on point.“
“We're so happy little owl opened! They have the best coffee. We love their rotating seasonal menu and homemade syrups. The donuts that they usually have are also great. Smaller amount of seating inside but additional outdoor seating. The baristas are always friendly and helpful!“
“Brandon is rad. Glenn (doggie) is rad. Coffee is delish! Setting is cute as can be! Check stories on Instagram (@nowherecoffee.co) to make sure he's there - he's very good about posting updates when he's open, closed, or closing early. One of our favorite spots in the neighborhood for coffee and good vibes!“
“Don’t pass up this cool little spot — Bodega has excellent ambiance and great timing on order placement for getting food to the table. I don’t think you could go wrong anywhere on the menu, but I ordered the Boujee and it was delicious. Using Focaccia bread for a breakfast sandwich is a bold choice but very unique and it just works. The iced matcha latte also was very good. Service was stellar and the staff were very friendly. This was my first visit with a couple of regulars but I do anticipate returning. Thanks Bodega for starting off my day right, keep it up.“
“I helped my son move to Denver from New Orleans, and he suggested this place for breakfast the next morning. He has been visiting friends in Denver for years and said this was one of his favorite places for breakfast, so we went. We got there about 10 am on a Sunday morning and had a 45-minute wait to get seated. The menu is simple, and the service was great. The workers were on the spot as soon as a table cleared, they were cleaning it and had the next group seated within a few minutes. While we waited, I saw the size of the biscuits as servers brought out food to others. My son encouraged me to "split" a meal with him, so we did. 10 year old granddaughter wanted a cinnamon roll, and it was the size of a loaf of bread! So we helped her with that and still had leftovers of it to go. She was excited! He and I split a Franklin, which was a fried chicken breast topped with thick bacon, cheddar cheese, and sausage gravy. It was very good and half a meal filled both of us. See the photos for more. He had Irish coffee and I had a bloody Mary. Excellent dining experience and easy to see why it took so long to get seated! Still worth the wait.“
“Somewhat smaller sized coffee shop but wonderful for to-go offerings. Quick service. Wonderfully friendly baristas. Delicious food, had the matcha and breakfast sandwich so good! Will stop again when passing or visiting Silverthorne thank you ?“
“Great place for a great cause! Wonderful and cozy place to relax during church night and after a hard day at work or to finish studying/work. Great food and drinks of all kinds! Nice toddler play area and Frontier Park is right next to it right along the Platte River.“
“One of my favorite neighborhood coffee spots. Small little space on the corner of Welton with indoor and outdoor seating as well as a little takeout window. The coffee is always brewed to perfection and the staff always greets you with a smile. Love the merch too!“
“Long-standing neighborhood institution that exclusively sells local coffee, beer, wine, sprits, and scratch-made baked goods. Very friendly to special diets. Hooked also supports local artists by featuring new rotating artwork every month. It is one of the best meeting spaces in town with two separate basement rooms that can be reserved. Also appropriate for more lively/social nighttime gatherings as it features a full bar, low lighting, and good tunes @night.“
“Very delicious coffee and their staff are consistently kind. This is my favorite coffee shop in Denver to destress and heal. When you have a time to sit down for a cup of coffee, I strongly recommend letting them know to order for here in their coffee cup rather than disposable paper cup for better experience including the beautiful latte art, mini biscotti, and better taste!“
“Fantastic food!! My wife and I swung in here on a whim and they really surprised us. Their breakfast sandwich was phenomenal, they offered a banana chocolate chip scone that was excellent and they have an “over night oat” oat meal that blew me away. Wonderful atmosphere, super friendly staff, I wish we had a place like that back home! Port side is five star.“
“This is what specialty coffee is all about, great coffee focused on the farmer and long term relationships. Had an amazing geisha coffee brewed by the head barista and it was quite possibly the best cup I have had in a long time. The latte I had ordered was amazing as well, perfect milk texture and a great shot. Their Kyoto cold brew was so good as well, most cold brews are muddy and lack distinct flavor not this one. The service from their barista JT was exceptional, he was incredibly knowledgeable about each coffee they had available and helped me pick a few bags of coffee. They followed up with me asked me how my experience was and had great conversation. I will be recommending Corvus to anyone interested in high quality specialty coffee.“
“The vibe in here is so homey and beautiful! The food was amazing and quick. You order at the counter and pick a table inside or outside. We came in the snow and the corner booth was a perfect spot to enjoy this delicious meal! Can't wait to go back and try more. Really great coffee!!!“
“What a great little establishment! Large variety of pasties- savory, vegetarian, special, dessert and breakfast options. They are nice and warm to eat right away- two tables in the store to sit and eat at. He also has all the pasties frozen in the back to take home and bake as well. If you want to score a deal, you can sometimes get "yesterday's pasties" at a BoGo deal/$5 each. Owner is super friendly and welcoming. There is ice cream too! Really enjoyed my visit here- thank you!“
“My favorite espresso in town! A genuine kindness pervades this neighborhood cafe, and I am so thankful to have found it. Every coffee drink is hand crafted with care -- I haven't experienced this level of integrity and attention to detail at a cafe in a long time. Ex: refoamed the almond milk multiple times until the barista was satisfied... without me asking. Others have raved about the breakfast burritos -- yes they are THAT good! Atmosphere reflects the Ethiopian heritage of the owners. Highly recommend.Dietary restrictions: Almond, soy, and oat milk“
“I’m obsessed with this coffee shop. The sausage biscuit is fantastic. Its gluten free, but I didn’t even realize it until after. The blueberry soda is also one of my new favorite drinks. Oh, and those donut holes were delectable! The people are nice and helpful too. We went three mornings in a row once we discovered it. We don’t live in Denver, so I bought the biscuit mix to make some at home. I’m sure it won’t turn out the same, but hopefully will be close. Can’t wait to come back on our next trip!“
