The strawberry shortcake biscuits were delicious!! The granola was fairly good as well. The biscuits are HUGE!! I got one on the side with their strawberry rhubarb jam and gravy that I mixed together and ate. Very yummy, but the shortcake was the star of the show!

It was a very busy Saturday morning and they seemed understaffed. Still, the bartender was attentive and was working quickly to get orders out in a timely manner. The coffee is self serve, grab a mug of your choice and refill as necessary. I ordered the Biscuit French Toast with a side of eggs and sausage. Portions were generous, but the saltiness of the biscuit made it hard to get through the French Toast. I ended up leaving half of it on my plate.

Some Damn Good Biscuits! Like literally so bomb! The biscuits are huge and crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. I got “The Franklin” which was basically a breaded chicken w/bacon, eggs and cheese smothered in gravy! It was absolutely delicious and so good that I went back a second time and laughed when my wife said if I’d be okay coming back again… the answer is of course!! Of course we are going back! The food and atmosphere was too good not too. They have pizza and beer too which is not a bad combination (; thanks for the good eats guys!

Oh, DBC. How I wanted to love thee so. We came with a party of 11 of which I called in early to see if they can accommodate. They directed me to the online wait list, and although it said I had to call into the restaurant to set a reservation for a party of our size, they asked that I pick the max number of 6 and specify our party size in the notes. No biggie and I immediately got us down with a quoted 20 minute wait.About an hour later I checked on the situation and they relayed they were waiting to find tables next to each other, but given our hunger levels we asked to get whatever tables they could muster. Still, no biggie as I know accommodating large groups is a pain.We split into a 4 top (myself included) and a 7 top. While my table's food arrived with great efficiency, our team of 7 waited for 45 minutes with no food in sight. We were done with our meal before their biscuits landed. Came to find out the server simply didn't put their order, so the poor souls never stood a chance.Food wise I'd say the biscuit was par, fried chicken and pimento cheese great, and the french toasted biscuit stellar (this coming from a born and bread southerner).Would I come back? Likely not and especially not if I had a larger group.

OMG. Maybe our best stop in Denver! Really incredible. Food was so on point. Our server Autumn is really great and obviously loves working here. I got the Franklin.

We joined the online waiting list which reduced our wait time considerably. We got The Franklin and the standard biscuits and gravy. By far the shining star of the meal is the fried chicken on The Franklin. If you go, get a biscuit with the fried chicken, you won't be disappointed.

Food is amazing!! We sat at the bar and the bartender was very friendly and informative about the menu. The vibe of the restaurant was great and the food turn around time was IMPRESSIVE! Our trip was short and sweet. Will definitely be coming back, highly recommend.

Hands down the best biscuit I’ve ever had. From the biscuit itself, to the toppings and the size of it - this to me was arguably even the best breakfast I’ve had in my entire life. Just so good.

Our family of four stopped by while in town on vacay. Restaurant was super busy and crowded, but that was expected on a Saturday. Kids loved their cinnamon roll and French toast. I had the Franklin, and it was pretty good. Hubby, however, was NOT impressed with the biscuits and gravy. In fact, he couldn't even eat it (yet they still charged us). As southerners, biscuits & gravy is like a religion to us, and this just wasn't that kind of gravy. Overall, service was pleasant, but just wasn't worth the hour wait for a table or $75 price tag.

Came early morning, and there was no wait at all. Tip: they do require everyone in your party to be present before being seated. Luckily, we got seated right away at the bar which I didn't mind at all. I was amazed at their menu with all sorts of biscuit variations from sweet to savory meals. I decided on the Elmer 2.0 sandwich which includes a pork belly w/ bbq sauce, fried onions, coleslaw, and homemade pickles. It was amazing! BEST. BISCUIT. I. EVER. HAD. It was thiccck and fluffy nothing compare to other biscuits. One big bite and you get everything! The fluffy biscuit w/ a tender, soft pork belly with the the crunchiness from the fried onions, coleslaw, pickles drizzled with bbq sauce. It just goes well with each other. Our server was attentive and amazing!!! She checked in to make sure everything is well, and made sure that our water refill and coffee cups is full! I would definitely check this place out whenever I am in Denver. It is a must place to try!

Great atmosphere, obviously not only a tourist favorite but also a locals favorite. It was very busy, crowded and loud BUT, dont let that discourage you! The food and coffee was so worth it! If u are biscuit and gravy fanatics like us, this will forever alter the way you make them at home. The dishes were large and more then enough to keep you full most of the day. The biscuits were buttery and warm, while the gravy was peppered perfectly and it was so savory. They complemented eachother perfectly. Whatever toppings you picked from their perfectly sized menu, your sure to be pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. We highly recommend this as your number one place to stop when in Denver, CO. -E

Don't need me to add to all the stellar reviews for this place but it is definitely a staple in Denver. Join the waitlist online bc there will definitely be a wait but everything is so savory and incredibly made, you can't go wrong with anything you get. Plus great service and a nice selection of beer and spirits.
