Anyways, while there is an obvious language barrier (it’s a chinese restaurant after all) the staff have always been polite and courteous. Former Manhattaner, outer borough resident, my father owned a Chinese restaurant in Bridgeport CT that makes yellow fried rice and chicken wings using yellow #5, - this restaurant reminds me of my childhood.Egg Foo Young tastes just like how my Dad made it.
