Went out to brunch with a group of friends and family and there were 6 of us total. The staff were amazing. The manager Byron even came in to check in to see if everything was okay. The chef Eddy cooked us some wonderful brunch!I definitely will be coming back and getting their mimosa flight again.

The food was absolutely delicious. I had the Pork Shoulder Hash and the pork was so tender and loved the green chili. Went with a group of friends, and all their dishes look delicious too. Like the side options. The Big A$$ punch was delicious, but did not know it was a big mug to share so had to ask for cups. The wait was not long and the plant shop next door was a cool place to go check out during our wait.
I’ve been here before and it was nice, I looked forward to the mimosa flight after a long week. I drove 26 minutes to get to the restaurant just to be greeted by a hostess that was just not very happy to see me or accommodate me. I couldn’t sit outside or at the bar and had to wait at least 20 minutes for the 2 open bar seats to be wiped down. She wasn’t nice in her delivery, she was rude and obviously exasperated. I had driven for a bit to get there so I wanted to make it work but the hostess was just in a mood and that was a vibe I didn’t need as I was trying to just have a nice breakfast and mimosa. This ONE person has cost this business $. The marketing and rent paid to bring in the customer was ruined by one persons attitude. I left and ended up eating an early lunch at a cool place I found… I would have easily spent $60+ for breakfast as I was not alone and wanted to have a couple of flights and a nice meal. I’m sure the owner of this place would agree… one person is costing you a lot and I’m sure I’m not the only one that has experienced this.

Hashtag is fun and hip but always misses the mark for me on the food. Take the Denver omelette - chock full of very spicy chilis. That is fine, and sometimes I want something spicy, but that is not a Denver omelette. Same thing with eggs benedict. I had them this morning and the hollandaise had so much cayenne pepper it was nearly inedible. I ordered "Old School" benedicts. Why so much heat? Just making food incredibly spicy does not make it better. If you want to sell spicy benedicts, at least advertise them as such. And seriously, accept that some people don't want to be overwhelmed by heat. (FYI -- same thing with Los Chingones - every single thing is so spicy - we would eat there weekly if only we could stomach it). Please - adapt!

Wow I just tried HashTAG for the first time and my brunch was excellent! I got the chicken and waffles and I have to say that the waffles were some of the best I've ever had. My friend got the huevos rancheros and it looked delicious. We shared a blueberry pancake and not only was it huge but it was fluffy and fresh and wonderful. I can't wait to go back!

An incredible experience with delicious food and pretty seating- definitely a vibe! A cute little shop in what seems to be a nice little restraunt/Beauty center.Starting our Order with the Cinnamon roll as an opening appetizer, being one of the few to hold to an Annie's Style Cinnamon roll. From there, a El Jefe Burrito that was huge- Full of rice, beans, and tender well marinated pork shoulder- with the HotCake Trio!All three pancake flavors were incredible in their own right- The Apple One tasting like Apple pie; The blue berry ones having a blue berry sauce also to compliment the berries inside; And My favorite the Salted caramel Chocolate chip Pancakes! I let them know of my Pecan allergy and they went above & beyond to make sure everything was safe for me. Literally the perfect sweet blend, tying together perfectly! Their espresso is strong, and they steamed the Milk for my Carmel Latte to perfection! When served a Mimosa, The champagne was sweet and subtle but definitely puts you in your seat if you drink it too fast.Very excited to come back and try the Bread pudding style French Bread and a Bloddy Maria

If you're looking for a really good breakfast/ brunch spot then you'll enjoy Hash-Tag. I ordered a small pancake which is actually humongous. Only critique is that they didn't offer pork alternatives.
