We had a hankering for something new and found Kitsune's Bento boxes! We have been pining for international travel and these boxes were like high class versions of the Bentos we'd get at the train stations in Tokyo. We had to venture to the back of the empty bar to find the kitchen and cash register. There will be signs. Out meal was ready exactly on time and we sat outside at the picnic tables to eat. Afterwards we walked up the street to see the murals. Lovely way to spend an hour.

Reminds me of Bento boxes from my trip to Japan a few years ago! Lovely presentation and the box includes marinated vegetables and fresh cut fruit. We were passing through Denver and found this place on Yelp. What a hidden gem!

This was one of the best lunch purchases I've made in a long while. My partner and I were looking to try a new place and we're so glad it was Kitsune. The pork tonkatsu was delicious, filling, and priced perfectly. My partner got the chicken kara age and she said it was just splendid. We're going to be repeat customers. The presentation, amount of food, and price are just perfect.

A perfect hidden gem. The presentation is absolutely beautiful and is only topped by the perfect balance in the entire bento box. We have been several times now and it is always amazing. I couldn't recommend this place more, I wish they can open a restaurant soon!

I ordered a scallop and a steak bento box. Both were super delicious and flavorful. The ingredients tasted fresh as well! Will definitely be back to try the other boxes.

Ordered two bentos. The scallops and the vegetarian. Both were amazing!! And I love the little side items, tiny tastes that were delicious all to themselves. Decent amount of food, fantastic presentation and yummy.

What a hidden gem! If you are in the RiNo district in Denver, check this place out! They offer the most legit Japanese bento boxes to go! We tried their butter warmed scallops (Maine diver scallops smoked in local herbs, beech mushrooms, herb compound butter, meyer lemon) and gyutan (Grilled beef tongue, yuzu kosho, meyer lemon, sesame). GUYS they did not disappoint. Everything was so savory and delicious! Really worth it. Can't wait to try the other items on their menu. Thanks Kitsune for the good food and good mood. Til' next time! Note - they are located inside American Bonded. Walk straight to the back kitchen to pick up your bento boxes. Also, be sure to check out all the cool art work up and down the street. They speak volumes.

Yessss! Finally a place that captures the embodiment and spirit of ekiben - bento boxes crafted specifically for travellers on the Japan's Shinkansen bullet trains. The food was an absolute treat! Expertly crafted food boxes, paired with the most seasonal of offerings. We had the challapin (sp?) steak bento and the mapo tofu box. We also shared a geoduck crudo app, some shishisto peppers (which were perfection) and a side of kimchi fried rice. The bentos were an absolute treat. I loved all of it, the ingredients were fresh and you could tell it was all selected with care, the boxes were crafted with such precision and attention to detail. Even the smallest details like the green onions were so finely sliced. The steaks were seasoned and cooked to melt in your mouth. I loved the vegetables and the items that accompany the main entree in the boxes. My favorite dish however, were the shishisto peppers, the bonito flakes and the acid base complimented the peppers so well. We are definitely coming back for more deliciousness. They are located inside a bar, look for signs ! They do take out or you can dine on their outdoor patio.

Wow, first of all this place does not have a sign they are located in another restaurant. I have been wanting to order here for quite sometime and I am sooo happy that I did. I got three bentos, and every week the bentos a different. I got the chalapin steak, gyu tongue and the Korean chili marinated oyster. All of them were beautiful! The steak was so delicious, I love that the onion jam on top and it was marinated very well and tender. The tongue was grilled to perfection. The oysters were a little spicy for me as they put too much marinate on it. I love the sides that came with it especially the egg! I will order again!

What a wonderful experience. The bento boxes are artfully put together and the food is amazing! On this cold afternoon, I ordered the Chicken Karage Bento Box and the Diver Scallop Bento Box. As well as a Korean Roll. All the food was amazing, as it's was gone before I could take any pictures. The rice was moist and not overcooked. The scallops were firm and fresh. The chicken was crispy and not oily. The Korean roll was amazing as well. This was a nice treat after following them on Instagram and Facebook for quite some time. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family. Thoroughly enjoyed the different flavors of the food and the presentation. Give them a try. Great for Date Night or for a change from the regular office boxed lunches of sandwiches and chips.

OMG! What' a wonderful treat! The food was unbelievably delicious & fresh. We thought the packaging was the most beautiful, with the box being sustainable & compostable. You can taste the freshness of the food. The pickled strawberries were a delight. We had the deep fried sweetbreads and they were delicious! Everything was so fresh! The smoked trout was fresh and quite exquisite. I would definitely like to try more creations the next time I'm in Colorado. Kudos to the chefs, who made our evening!

I really enjoyed the bento box and found it hard which one to choose! Look forward to exploring the menu more. First, the food was delicious. I tried the Cantonese Heirloom Tomatoes with Flank Steak and loved the mix of flavors including peppers. All the boxes scream color and brightness just like the food itself. Packaged in a compostable bento box. This is what a wonderful take home experience should be like during these times where people like myself feel more inclined to imbibe at home. I picked up during the day and it wasn’t easy to figure out where to go but word to the wise: head to the back.
