Exceptional sea bass ... Great service

We went here for Easter brunch. Food was amazing, services was so kind. We accidentally left our take home bag in the booth and our waiter walked outside to find us to be sure we wouldn’t miss out. I took a look at the wine list and while we didn’t partake at brunch, can’t wait to go back for dinner!

Stopped by for a celebratory lunch. The host was responsive and brought us to a table quickly. Unfortunately, the server was brusque and off-putting when she did manage to get to our table. The Salad Niçoise lacked a strong enough acid component and salt. The escargot and mussels were merely so so.

Dined at Le Bilboquet a few weeks ago, and it was an awesome experience. The food, decor, and service were all wonderful.However, when I checked my credit card statement a few days later, I noticed that I was billed a higher amount than what was on the receipt. Thus, I had to go through the inconvenient process of disputing the incorrect charged amount with my credit card company. I hope it was an honest mistake (and hey, mistakes happen all of the time), but it has been such a hassle and inconvenience to dispute this with the credit card company.So, for all the other Le Bilboquet diners out there, make sure to keep your receipt and check your credit card statement to ensure they match up.

Another amazing date night at Le Bilboquet. We started in lounge area enjoying one of the best Old Fashioned's in Denver. Then an amazing meal (beet salad is a must and is easily shared). My go to is the Cajun chicken which never disappoints. My wife loved the bavette steak! The service is what makes this place so special...attentive, personable but not over intrusive! She suggested a great wine pairing for us as well!

Overall, we had a good time. The positives: the risotto was excellent, and we added scallops and divided it as an appetizer. My wife really enjoyed her Seabass and the sides. Yeah, the weather was very polite and helpful as were the other staff. The negatives: my duck confit was somewhat dry. The waiter mentioned bringing over some bread, but never did so. Overall, the prices are to be expected, but the addition of three scallops increased the cost of the risotto by $30.

We had a wonderful Valentine experience at Le Bilboquet. The decor is gorgeous and the upbeat lounge music made for a great background vibe. The Lallier featured champagne for Valentine’s Day was delightful. The foie gras was delicious and one of the best I’ve had. Heather was fantastic to work with and very knowledgeable about the menu. It was a nice touch to give the lady a big rose upon exit - thank you!! This is definitely one of the better places in cherry creek, and I highly recommend checking it out! We will have to try brunch sometime as well!!

The service, the ambiance, and the food were outstanding. Oh, and it's great to now have Valet parking right outside of the restaurant. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience, Le Bilboquet.

Well, I booked this because of the DJ champagne brunch, and when i booked the reservation, it told me that was happening, and when we got there, there was no DJ. I've booked this experience before and never had any issues but for some reason this time the waitress told me they only offer the champagne brunch "during patio season." That is fine but i am not sure why on open table it told me i was booking the Champagne DJ brunch. If i had known that wasn't happening i would not have booked. I had out of town friends visiting and I was disappointed to say the least.

Beautiful place with no rush, outstanding service. The food is well prepared and 4 of the 4 diners rate the appetizer a 5 3 of 4 diners rate the main course a 5. I rate it a 4. I expected a little more from the duck confit. All 4 of us look forward to a return dinner.
