Went during restaurant week, arrived a little more than an hour before close. Seated pretty promptly. When I mentioned I was doing the Restaurant Week first I ended up ordering all at once and the food prep much came in rapid succession. I couldn't tell if this was just prompt service or getting me out the way. One thing that wasn't prompt refilling my water to the point I had to audibly speak up to get service. Maybe she's new. I have been coming to Los Chingones since its inception. We are vegetarian love coming for the cotija tacos, which came with some veggies, cabbage and sauce. We were disappointed to find that the cotija tacos are now filled with large chunks of carrot, and little else. It seems obvious that they are looking for a low cost item to fill the taco. I am not interested in chunky carrot tacos. Sadly, not sure I will return. ?

Manager and staff are incredibly friendly. Food is delicious and their habanero sauce is spiiiccy! Definitely a place you want to visit if you are wanting to have a good time with good food!
