“This review is based off of carry out. The Papa Johns app is very easy to use and provides very accurate times when your pizza will be ready. When I pulled into their parking lot my order was ready. I was greeted right away asking for my last name and he handed me my order right away. The pizza and brownies were served warm and were pretty good. I find it tough to give places like Papa Johns, Dominos, and Pizza Hut 5 stars, so I would say 4 stars is pretty good for these types of pizza places.“

“My husband and I are staying at a hotel 8 minutes away. We ordered last night and it took them 35+ minutes AFTER the food was picked up to deliver. The food was COLD, completely hard and cold. I complained and a manager called me first thing the next day. Apparently our food was picked up by door dash. They redelivered the order and it was HOT, fresh and delicious. I've never had such a quick resolution and appreciated the re do. We will be back in a few months and this will be our go to location. Thank you to the manager Megan and staff who was very nice on the phone when I wasn't too happy originally.“
“I am a regular customer of this place simply because it is the closest to my place for good pizza. Always great food, always hot, and great great service. Specifically, Kasey is amazing. She is probably 50% of why I would continue going there. The pride she takes in her work and kindness is refreshing.“
“It’s no secret that pizza joints are struggling with staffing. This location is no exception. They do have to use DoorDash to make deliveries from time to time. I think that is a corporate problem though, corporate doesn’t want to increase pay rates/do what they need to in order to staff better. All that said, I’ve had orders be incredibly late not because of Papa John’s but because of bad DoorDash drivers, Papa John’s has always made the effort to make right on the situation. Today my pizza was going to be late again due to DoorDash, Papa John’s called to give me a heads up, and the lady was incredibly kind and put in the effort to make things right. It’s a shame to see corporate do such a terrible job - they would rather pay DoorDash to deliver their pizza late than pay their employees well and bring in good talent. The pizza industry is going through a crisis, they’re paying all their money to big wigs who have no idea what they’re doing. First big chain to start investing in their employees stands to make a fortune.“
“JUST WOW! Earlier this month, for my 50th birthday, I chose this store for my birthday meal. It arrived very late and very cold. Called the store and they made it right, giving me an in store comp which I re-ordered today. (By the way, in all of my years and years on the internet, I have NEVER ONCE written an online review, my experience today led me to do just that.) The person who took my comp order was super friendly and our order was delivered by a very friendly guy wishing me a belated birthday (my wife answered the door but I still got an earful of wishes hehe). They comped my WHOLE order, even the chocolate chip cookie AND there were birthday wishes written all over the cookie box from the whole team!! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE BELATED WISHES AND GREAT PIZZA/SERVICE! We'll be back again and again and again I'm sure!“
