Order was for med supreme showed up on time but it was cold cold barely any toppings if anything more sauce then toppings and sum toppings missing tasted old like it was made earlier in the day 26 wasted I will not order from em again I tried calling but discontinued everyime very disappointed in my order for what I paid

Order placed online med supreme showed up on time but it was cold cold barely any toppings n sum missing alot of sause so u probably wouldn't notice how very little ur toppings was tasted like it was made earlier in the day I paid 26 for a crappy meal tried calling but disconnected everytime I will not order anything else again from pizza hut horrible experience I don't recommend them u don't get full jus heartburn from all the sause they put on I called to complain at least maybe get discount n when I explained I was disappointed I was put on hold what I thought instead they disconnect me ..

I ordered a pizza with a side of sauces for delivery. The sauces did not come, so I called to ask to not be charged for them. I was more disappointed that something I ordered didn't show, and now the items I did have would be missing items I wanted. The man who answered the phone (duwain) sarcastically goes "you really want your money back for sauces?" And then LAUGHED at me. Horrible customer service, rude, and made me feel bad for asking for something that they screwed up on.

I ordered a stuff crust pizza even watch the manager make two other stuff crust pizza to give me the wrong pizza. Came back for him to tell me I didn't order a stuff crust and they don't have the ingredients to make the pizza. Mind you I went back online to see if I could order another stuff crust and I could this location needs to either be shut down or replace everybody in there very horrible. Never again from this place

The manager Mike is sick and has covid he refuses to stay home and quarantine he rather get all his employees sick and customers sick a few employees that have quit tested positive for covid due to him not following the CDC guidelines

The delivery driver did not deliver my pizza to my apartment door. She called me from the Lobby and told me she would not come up to my door because she had other pizzas in the car. I had to come down to meet her. I have never had a pizza delivery driver do this. My apartment has three working elevators and only takes a few seconds to get to the 6th floor where I live. This struck me as a lazy person who did not want to do her job. Therefore, I will not use PizzaHut again. Other pizza delivery drivers always drop off the pizza at my door.
They were very kind to me tonight. My order was delivered hot and correct! Great management!

WELL WHEN YOU SAY YOU WILL DO CONTACTLESS DELIVERY BY NOT PLACING THE PIZZA ON THE GROUND AND RINGING THE DOOR BELL YOU WILL DO IT. NEITHER OF THOSE HAPPEND

Two separate times I order pizza for delivery an paid for it prior to it arriving and once again never showed up. If ordering here only do pick up or you’ll have to call care for a refund

No cheese, very little sauce, thin crust, cold. Not friendly. Wasn't willing to deliver wanted me to come back to location. This is on the top of bad pizza places. Don't order from East Colfax Pizza Hut.
