After nearly a decade of anticipation, I finally had the pleasure of stepping through the doors of Potager, and it was every bit as enchanting as I had imagined. For years, I had heard whispers of its culinary prowess and unique ambiance, and to have the opportunity to experience it firsthand was truly a dream come true. The no cell phone policy, which initially intrigued me, became a cherished aspect of the dining experience. In a world where constant connectivity often distracts from genuine connection, Potager provided a sanctuary where conversations flourished and memories were made without the intrusion of screens.I must commend the wait staff for their impeccable service and genuine hospitality. It was the creative pine butter that truly stole the show for me. As someone who has a penchant for unique flavor combinations, I was intrigued by the concept, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The subtle hint of pine intertwined with creamy butter created a symphony of flavors that lingered long after the last bite of golden beets—a culinary masterpiece that I will undoubtedly reminisce about for years to come.In retrospect, my visit to Potager was more than just a dining experience; it was a culmination of nearly a decade of anticipation and a testament to the power of perseverance. As I reflect on the memories made and flavors savored, I am filled with gratitude for the opportunity to finally experience this culinary haven. Without a doubt, Potager has secured a special place in my heart, and I eagerly anticipate the day when I can return to indulge in its delights once more!

In my experience, I find most farm to table concepts to be gimmicky, but “Potager” is not one of them. The food is devastatingly great, especially for this price point. From the complimentary freshly baked bread with a parsley purée and an herb butter to the last bite of that chocolate torte (not pictured), it was just an array of well-rounded, thoughtful flavors.I’m absolutely obsessed with the idea of beet dish with pine nut butter, which is something I’ve never had before. When restaurants usually do a beet dish, it’s packed with tart flavors, but here it doubles down on the beet’s earthiness and made something so savory and hearty; you can tell I’m obsessed with pine nut butter. The brussel sprouts were also so tasty—enough char for the smoke and yet again so hearty for a vegetable dish.We loved the scallops, especially with the gochujang sauce that made it taste like Korean grilled chicken. The specials were both amazing— the crab cake was one of the better ones this side of Maryland and my GOD that bluefin tuna special—I don’t think I’ve had a tuna dish that’s perfectly rare and yet tastes like it’s been confit’d for hours. It’s absolutely delicious. The chocolate torte was a wonderful way to end the meal.If I had the means, I would probably dine here every single night just to find out what the next daily specials are!

I have eaten at this restaurant several times over the years, including last Saturday night. We had the Ahi tuna which was outstanding, as well as an excellent appetizer our waiter suggested. The service was also excellent, and the waiter shared information about the various dishes. Would highly recommend this restaurant for food and service. They also have a great backyard area when the weather permits.

We had a great time and thought the food was extraordinary. Huge shout out to our waiter Ty, who was warm, attentive, generous and thoughtful. He took us on the most amazing wine journey, pairing our courses with some really delicious, unique and wonderfully complimentary wines from around the world. On this week's menu, we tried the chicken liver parfait, the polenta fritters, the beet spaetzel, the apple souffle, the pork tenderloin and the fruit galette. All of it ranged from excellent to extraordinary. We'll definitely be back, and we'll definitely ask for Ty again!Vegetarian options: There were several vegetarian options and some options that could be made vegan. The kitchen is frequently willing to work with you, so just call ahead and ask.

Wanted a local place for my trip to Denver and it was wonderful. Our server was attentive and helpful with vegan options. The food was presented well and everything was flavorful. The wine list was unique - we had a Californian gruner vetlinger which was different but delightful. I highly recommend you go.Vegetarian options: The vegetarian dishes did not skimp on flavor, and many items could easily become vegan when asked.

The people here are wonderful and the ambiance is so unique, elegant and elevated yet cozy. I felt super welcomed into this space by all the waitstaff and my glass of water was always filled to the brim. We ordered the mushroom soup, the flatbread with sweet potato+apples+walnuts, and the chicken. When they brought out the house bread, I was overjoyed, that was until I bit into it and it tasted like a stale Hawaiian roll. The mushrooms soup was pretty tasty, a nice umami kick. I loved the combination of sweet potato with the apple and walnut on the flatbread, so creative and perfect for the fall. I was so disappointed by the chicken entree we ordered, it was rubbery and had some tendons in it which ruined my appetite a bit and to top it off, none of the flavors for the entree were distinguishable. Overall, I enjoyed most of my experience here and would return to try out their other seasonal items.
