As a Flight Attendant, I've been to many a Starbucks. This one, however, is something special. Thanks to Skyler, Jasmine, and Kayla I was treated with respect, kindness, and I didn't feel like they wanted to rush my order or hurry being "done" with me. They genuinely cared about me as a human being and I just felt so cared for today, plus I got a latte to keep my energies up for my last day of my 4-day trip! What SUPERB customer service! Please stop by and enjoy! You will not regret it. Thank you!

While visiting from out of town, we stopped by this Starbucks location to grab a coffee and breakfast snack. I order the same thing I regularly get and upon paying for my items, my coffee was immediately ready. Fast service is always appreciated however, I have ordered from Starbucks a multitude of times and have never had my beverage ready before I even paid. My drink tasted like the milk was spoiled and was unbearable to drink.

Distant approach by the cashier, casually uppity, snoblike preppy conversation about my order not heard the first time.$7 is the basis for a full cup, not half foam. Starbucks has a reputation for top shelf Java but $7 for a double mocha. And not a thanks or have a good day.

Extremely small inside a Hilton. Owned by Hilton and apparently that also entails that they do not accept stars. My guess as to why is because they are up charging on everything due to the Hilton name. Their prices are probably a dollar or so higher for that Hilton stamp, so if you are just walking by, I highly recommend finding a different Starbucks to give maybe just a little less too. Staff very nice though.

Located in the Hilton Hotel. A little small but that’s expected in a hotel setting. They also stay VERY busy, especially in the morning. They shove four or five people behind that counter which is about 1/3 the size of a normal Starbucks so I try to give them some grace especially when it’s super busy.There is the one employee there, didn’t catch his name, but I always just get the sense the guy hates his life and it comes out in his customer service. I get it. I’ve worked food service as well, but if you’re not satisfied with your current situation, only you have the power to change it.Additionally, the drinks and how they taste is pretty inconsistent here. It really depends on who makes your drink whether it will be good or not and that’s not great when you consider most drinks there are over $6. I understand it gets busy, but personally, I’d just like to see some more attention to detail.Parking: It’s downtown in a hotel. Paid parking only about a block away.

definitely one of the best city starbucks in denver. in and out very quickly. great service from skyler she was fantastic! friendly and well trained. she picked me a drink that was sooooo good. thanks starbucks inside of hilton!

Went there like usual and got the same Venti White Chocolate Mocha with 2 pumps of Bsnilla and Blonde Shots, like I get everywhere I go. After the purchase I was looking through the app at my stars and such and noticed that the cost of my drink this morning was around $1 more than normal. I look at the transaction and there is no breakdown of the order. I ask the lady at the register who took my order and no matter what I told her she kept trying to say it was due to my order and what I got. I kept explaining that it is never that much and even tried to show her the charge for the morning before at the exact same Starbucks. She did not want to look at it and kept telling me it was due to the extra pumps of Vanilla I got (the same ones I get everytime I go to Starbucks). I then go back to look at my orders at other Starbucks locations and each one of those transactions has a break down. It shows every part of your order and a breakdown of each charge. I go back and look at the 5-6 last times I went to the one in the Marriot and not one of them had a breakdown of the charges. Again she refused to look at the info and just blew me off. I know it's only $1 and when you are already paying $7 for a coffee, paying $8 isn't that much. But you take 10 times I go there, that starts to add up. Who knows how many times and how many other people they over charge.

Really good coffee, bakery items, and specialty drinks. The service is very good. Ambiance is good. Coffee is really tasty. Only downside is that they are a little expensive but I think it is worth what you pay.

This was a real hit or miss experience. When I showed up at 5:15 my room wasn't ready. The person behind the desk was very nice and within 5 minutes had a room for me. I was upgraded to a suite, I imagine because there were no other rooms available. I also asked to change my departure date. As I found out when I got home, they had not changed it and refused to refund me for that day I wasn't there. Not a good way to treat a diamond member. There was some convention going on and when it let out, the wait to get on the elevator could be 10 to 15 minutes. It was quite excessive. But the other thing and this is maybe this part of downtown Denver, but the surrounding area felt pretty sketchy. Numerous retail stores empty, not a great place to walk around the neighborhood.
