Expect to hear lots of cursing from employees. Efficiency isn’t a thing here. There’s 5 people in line, 1 employee working. The other one just watching. One employee trading an iPhone for a bunch of weed on 4/6/24, fun stuff.

It is quite understaffed here. There was a discrepancy in pick up time on the receipt behind the counter and on my email receipt, leaving me waiting 30 minutes to pick up two sandwiches. When I approached the manager about it, and noted I see it’s due to understaffing, she immediately threatened to her exercise her right to not serve me. They did make my sandwiches and both were wrong entirely—bread, toppings, and sauces. Not sure if the manager did it on purpose since she made it herself and was upset with our discrepancy, or if it was truly an accident on top of this horrible experience. There are a number of other locations nearby I would recommend any of those over this one.

Great atmosphere and very welcoming when I came in! Marlana and Lisa went out of there way to make fresh meatballs for me and my friends I brought in with me. They had great conversation as well. Definitely will be returning!

This is the hoodest ghetto eat Subway ever they never have enough help they never have what they need to make your sandwiches if you have a complaint and call they never answer the phone! If you place your order online they don’t ever have what you ordered no wonder y’all get robbed all the time YALL ARE TRASH!!!!

I hate leaving bad reviews but this place is trash. The lady was on the phone the whole time she made my order and accidentally added a wrong topping. She also didn’t bother to stop cursing on the phone at all for the brief time she made my sandwich. Food was far from fresh. Just spend the extra gas/time and drive to a different nearby Subway. This is the worst one in Denver.

11/9/23 visit 8:00 PM.Worst Subway experience ever.1) I order a foot long roast beef. I ask for lettuce, pickles, and tomatoes. “We don’t have any”. I ask why? “I just work here.” in a snarky tone.2) This is a near downtown Denver location in the Five Points neighborhood. Therefore the restrooms are locked. I ask for restroom access. “I don’t have the key. The boss took it home. You have to go over to Wingstop” I say “so me as a paying customer cannot use the restroom?” She says “yes”.3) The female employee has her friends in the lobby. Everyone is loud and obnoxious.JUST WOW.If this is a corporate owned location, the general manager should be fired. The employee should be fired.If this is a franchise owned location, then corporate needs to take over or shut them down completely.By my experience and by the poor reviews of this location, this is justified.

I have never heard the N word used so many time by employees. Ever other word is either the N word or a curse word. I watched one employee get annoyed and ask a customer why they had to walk in at that moment because the employee wanted to smoke some weed. The attitude and aggressive personality toward the customers is embarrassing. listening to how they communicate with each other is even worse. would strongly recommend eating elsewhere. listening to them complain about the lack timeliness to when they get paid ?. Definitely not a kid or family friendly environment.

First of all asked for a foot long meatball with mozzarella. Rude employee puts the meatballs on the bread and says we don’t have any cheese. Asked for provolone instead and they said they didn’t have it. Told them I didn’t want it since they never told me if they had cheese or not. The manager comes over and says to the employee just put the meatballs back in the container after it had already been on the bread. Don’t take your loved ones here the employees they’re a bunch of nasty people.
