The head chef, Marín, and his team are incredible! Sitting at the sushi bar is exciting and Marín’s omakase is beautiful, creative and absolutely delicious with high quality, fresh fish. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Sushi Ronin is our family favorite sushi restaurant in Denver. The quality is top and the roll selections is delicious. Highly recommend Sushi Ronin. We will continue to comeback!
Absolutely BOMB! The fish was so fresh and they were accompanied with perfect mild sauces that just brought the flavors of the fish out more, couldn't make any suggestions if I tried. We sat at the bar and Marin and Larry made our sushi. They were so nice and gave us recommendations and explained everything they put in front of us. The atmosphere was great. Easy to talk, very calming vibes. I will 100% come back

Sat at the sushi counter; chefs were attentive and friendly! We had a few of the specials and sushi menu rolls- all were fantastic! Definitely good value for what got.
Sushi was out of this world. Sat at the sushi bar and was amazed all night. Will definitely be coming back.Reservations needed.Apart of the denver passbook coupons as well.

Food was very over priced for the size of portions, we had to wait 15mins for our table when we had a reservation, service was very subpar considering we spent $300 on two people with only 2 drinks total. All of the nigiri was great but very small. The server forgot we had a food order in and waited 20mins for our last two rolls. One of those was a $30 roll that fell apart from being poorly rolled. Chocolate cake for dessert was dry I've had better cake out of a box, the cream topping was good though. I use to love this place sad to see it lose it's attention to detail.
