The straw that broke the camel’s back. We’ve been to this location several times over the last 3 years and service has fallen off a cliff. Order taker couldn’t operate the computer and was totally confused by the time we hit the window. Had to go inside to get things sorted out.Kate was very helpful and helped us complete our order quickly.The bag tore before I made it home so I had to pick my food up of the floor of our apartment lobby. Much of it was poorly wrapped.The whole experience was the nail in the coffin for us. I will just drive to Monaco and Yale and go to the Taco Bell there if I ever get the urge again. This place needs to be shut down.

Usually I have the best experience at this location but last night my Mexican pizza tasted so burnt but it wasn’t burnt so I can’t explain the odd flavor that’s still currently lingering in my mouth. Please look into and fix this problem!

Went through the drive through this time, but we have come to this location occasionally to eat-in also. They keep it clean and the wait time for food is short for either inside or drive-thru.

Paid 23 dollars for a Chulapa box, Chulapa, Mexican pizza, and burrito. Only received Mexican pizza and burrito, when I came back around to notify them that I'm missing more than half my items, the manager at the time said, "I'm not making this" threaten to call the police and told me to get off the property. Keep in mind the cashier knew I was in the right but was silenced by the manager.
It's a Taco Bell so it is what it is but with the new order screens have completely removed any personal touch. Im going there for food, not a conversation. But a little customer service goes a long way.

This used to be a good Taco Bell. Now it's fallen to the same quality as other local Taco Bells. Ownership doesn't care, Management doesn't care, and the employees don't care. As much as I love Taco Bell food, I hope it dies out soon. It's the worst managed fast food chain in America.
