Worst Taco Bell I been to I seen all the bad reviews decided give it a try I should have listened ordered 3 tacos got 1 side of queso small container barley had any much empty wasn’t even kind of taco I ordered whoever owns this really needs to analyze their employees this is

Nice facility but not for this staff. Also gave me my drive-through order without any utensils or napkins. Didn’t even ask me about it. So it was a little hard to eat while I was driving.
Not generous at all with their portions. The breakfast burrito is no thicker than a sauce packet is wide! Whats up with this!? I pay 2 dollars for something no bigger than a cheap frozen burrito now? Other Taco Bell locations will make them twice this big. No point coming back again if you're going to rip me off with these tiny portions.
The employees working were polite and trying; however, their efforts were thwarted by incompetent management. We waited over 15 minutes for our food. After 10 minutes I asked for a refund. Was told that there was no manager to authorize a refund. And they were required to prioritize the drive through which was why our order was taking so long. The other couple waiting on the lobby for food was having the same experience. Again the kid trying to manage things was polite but there should have been a manager on duty.Also the heat didn’t seem on and the bathrooms were out of order.I would have given it 1 star if it want for the nice kid trying to manage a disaster.

Thought to myself let’s get taco bell after a long drive to the airport. Boy was I wrong. The whole experience was so bad but I still had hope to get my wife her cinnamon twists. Wrong again. Not only was the whole order not accurate. missing whole items as well as made wrong. I didn’t know taco bell was struggling so bad that a 5 layer burrito included an extra layer of tortilla. Also one of the tacos was smashed. If I could give this place under a 1 star I would. I’m going out of my way to make sure no one I know ever visits this place. I should of just thrown away my 32$ at least I wouldn’t be so disappointed.Dietary restrictions: We asked for chicken but they actually decided that we wanted beef instead.

I wanted to order some fries but at 9 am it wasn’t ready nor the strawberry twist horrible I can’t even complete a meal she like oh there not easy I didn’t mind waiting but I guess the drive t and talking is not important. Just got to my place opened it and not right I asked for 2 cinnamon delights and got 2 hash brown horrible worst of they even said how my food and still got it wrong I should of read the other comments before going Do not come here wasted my money Taco Bell should just close down permanently high prices and very lil food I ordered extra everything and not even nothing the only thing they got right was the one hash brown

Went through the drive through, at Taco Bell,and ordered 2 supreme tacos. It didn’t take 1 minute for them to hand me the sack. It didn’t feel like anything was in the sack. They looked like regular tacos but had sour cream on them. $1 more. Total cost was $6.00. We’re not that good. CrazyI went over to the tacos cantina 50feet away and ordered a burrito. It was excellent. It was huge, more than enough for two people. It came with a salad, tomato, watermelon, cantaloupe, and pineapple. $12 and at least 4 to 6 times the food I got at Taco Bell for $6.I’m finished with all the fast food places. Especially McDonalds & Taco Bell.
