How the hell you going to run out of red sauce//6-30-23Ok so I have tolerated way too much with drive-through services how the heck are you going to give a customer the wrong order after looking at the screen and looking in the bag maybe I should have looked in the bag before I left but I wasn't thinking about it I was hungry and took off I wanted to eat before I had to clock out. Within the past week there has been only two good experiences in all the years that I've been going to this Taco Bell and those two times they were polite courteous apologetic because it took so long to get through the line in the Drive-Thru and they didn't screwed my order up really not happy with the service at this Taco Bell today or any other time that I've been there with the exception of those two times that I went and had a good experience4-15-25 the web site hours of operation need to be changed your no longer 24 hours

Every time I order online any additions I add are always forgotten. For example I ordered 2 double stacked tacos with black beans added as well as rice and neither addition was on either one. I also ordered 2 spicy potato tacos with beef and beans added again neither addition was added. I paid for those additions I don't understand why they are never added.

They charge when you substitute bacon for back beans. Lower price point item shouldn't be charged and other Taco bells do not do this. "Computer error" is not the issue. Human error is and other employees know how to do substitutions properly.Vegetarian options: Do not go here unless you want unfair upcharges

Friends food smelled bad and the drink machine broke when he went to get his. They tried charging me $0.05 for a WATER CUP. I’ve been to 30+ Taco Bell’s and 5c for WATER is unacceptable.

None of my online order was correct.I like using the app to order the way I like, it's sad when the store ignores those requests and gives you orders that are not only wrong but also like warm.

Some restaurants go out of business because they don’t know how to properly run one. I went by the drive-thru and it wasn’t but 2 cars and there was a wait. I think they should fire everyone and start over or shut this location down—before they lose money.

They always take a long time to get your order ready at this location. It doesn't matter how busy they are it'll take a long time. The staff seems to be quite unskilled when it comes to taking orders at the drive-thru. And if this was not the only Taco Bell downtown besides the one on the 16th Street Mall I wouldn't go to it at all.Parking: There's always plenty of parking at this location they never seem to be super busyWheelchair accessibility: All doors are handicapped accessible and there are ramps from the parking lot onto the sidewalk for wheelchairs to get up
