I'm long overdue to write this review, but this is my favorite hot pot spot here in the Denver metro area. I've been to almost all the hot pot spots in the DMA and none of the other hot pot restaurants have beaten Bronze Empire in my book. A couple of my friends and I go here so often the wait staff recognize us now. LOL. I've brought pretty much all of my local and visiting friends/family here for dinner and it's always been a hit! Best hot pot place in Denver. The quality of the meats/food is much greater than others in the area. The broth is actually seasoned well. We've been multiple times and have tried the Sichuan, Tom yum and butter broth. Brisket, prime ribeye and Kobe are our fav meats. The sauce bar, even has guidance of what to combine and found very helpful. The staff is friendly, and attentive too. Will keep coming back!
