The Budlong is the closest representation to Nashville Hot Chicken I've found so far in Denver. It's all because of their Chicken Wing plate being served properly in white bread with house made pickles. The chicken and spice here were delicious. This is a nice little chicken shop in my opinion! The inside is nicely decorated. I thought it was going to be an order and sit place, but it is a sit down restaurant! I thought everything was fresh and tasty. I think I would try the extra hot next time. The hot chicken sandwich was spicy, but not butt burning. Thank you for a great dinner.

My roommates, me, and our horde of children came in today to eat around noon. The service was fantastic, friendly, and genuinely pleasant. We ordered a few sandwiches, a 2 PC dark, tenders for the kiddos, biscuits, and Mac n Cheese. Everything was delicious and VERY filling. It all came out hot, and quicker than I everexpected.
