I visited this restaurant for the first time while working near downtown I got the Cobb salad and the sunrise juice. Both items were delicious. I'm transitioning to vegetarian so trying new foods. The staff was great and very informative I was told about the included gratuity prior to ordering and appreciated that info it didn't bother me because I understand why a small business would need to do this to take care of their staff. Great food, Great Staff, welcoming chillaxed environment. I plan to return to try other items very soon.

This was great! The Burrito Loaded (VEGAN) had loads of flavor and mimicked the eggs with tofu really well. The Vegan Baked Goods (GF Options) with poppyseeds surprised me with berries inside. The Balance Root Latte (16oz) tasted just like coffee with a little magic mixed in. Would definitely order again.Vegetarian options: Well selected vegan options. Doesn't skimp on flavor. Try some root or mushroom coffee for those good tummy benefits.

This place used to be awesome but idk what happened. Menu changed and now the staff doesn’t even say hello when you go up to the counter to order.

I had the Thai Peanut Salad - everything aside from the tofu & 'steak' was great. I couldn't eat the tofu, and so called steak was like some soft soggy processed stick of meat.

I really wanted to like this place. The ambiance was really cute and it felt like a safe space, but when I ordered there was an automatic gratuity charged. I didn't think anything of it because as someone who works in the food service industry I always tip at least 20%. However when it took 15 minutes for my drink to come out I began to get a little annoyed. It took over 45 minutes for my food to come out. The employees seemed annoyed at me, even without me having said anything about the long wait and them not being busy. I don't understand the reasoning behind an auto grat and having no service provided apart from getting my food and drink brought to me when I still had to bus my own table and ordered at a counter.

Looks good. I wouldn't know. After waiting 40+ minutes for my food I left. Looks like a homeless convention outside.
Idk how this place can have anything less than 5 star ratings, every time I go in it's perfect ??♀️

The corner beet is a great spot ! As a non vegan I really liked it and the fact that I could bring my vegan friends and know they would be able to find something to eat! The shop is super cute covered in plants and local art! Baristas are kind and want to make your drink/food are right and tasty! Great for a working lunch or a one on one dinner. I often find it busy ish and there aren’t tons of spots open!I really loved the beet juice I got! So goodVegetarian options: All vegan!!

Denver offers these little pockets of retail shopping and local cafés nestled within its older neighborhoods, and the Corner Beet is just such a café located off of 14th St in Capital Hill. The atmosphere is wonderful with their local artist wall offerings and plant collection. For the observant type, you'll find yourself chuckling at their cheeky and dare I say it? Erotic decor. Who knew root vegetables could look so sexy?Come on Mondays after 6 to catch local artists sharing their talents at their free open mic night. Have a spicy Chai and almond croissant while you're there!

Quirky vegetarian restaurant with so many delicious options its hard to choose what to order!! The staff were lighthearted and attentive, the place gets a little cold in winter but that's nothing that wearing a good jacket can't fix.
